The hotel has a great location, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were even allowed to check in early at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. Everything was good overall. The only minor issue was the spotlight above the beds it remained faintly lit even when turned off, which made it a bit distracting at night. Aside from that, our stay was very pleasant.

The thing is that the hotel it self quiet old with a room smells but thanks to the staff they’ve been very helpful and we managed to change the rooms but for it’s price cost as an affordable place to stay it’s actually acceptable some how Breakfast is only a Filipino menu, Note-for an international don’t expect something I rate it like 5/10. The hotel has a fantastic central location, right in front of the beach. The staff were incredibly cheerful, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay,You’re sure to enjoy your time here the beach features pristine white sand, and the pool is absolutely stunning.The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a very comfortable experience. Our stay included bed and breakfast, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

affordable and beach front hotel. not crowded at all. it feels like you booked the whole hotel. service they give is 11/10, very accommodating staffs. and foods are good. make sure have your bfast here. every penny we spent are worth it.

1. facility wise, perfect  2. Internet / wifi = good we dont go to bora to work anyways we went to enjoy to its total ok  3. staffs = excellent , very friendly and so sweet . its just the filipino way the hospitality that makes us travelers come for more. , very attentive as well.  4. food is great 5. location is PERFECT .  6. very quite and peaceful during sleep time , love the indoor pool.  over all, I will definitely come back . & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!  Thank you 

we stayed for 3 days in this hotel this was the worst hotel of our trip The noise level from the road nearby was terrible In the middle of the night, our electric brushes began to make a lot of noise, and they didn’t offer to move me, although the hotels had free rooms, I just stood in the corridor and waited. The attitude of the employees is terrible at every step of communication with me. it was a ruined vacation

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable even though there was a problem with their toilet the staff is very accommodating.

Location is perfect (not extremelly noisy, but easy to get to any place), the beach (straight in front of the hotel) is the best. Rooms are good. Staff is helpfull. Note: the cheapest rooms have the windows to another building).

01.25 year. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there is always a BUT. I will start with the minuses: We had an old air conditioner in our room, which is controlled only manually and is also terribly noisy. Very little lighting, literally 2 lamps. The view from the window to other windows is not a minus, we initially knew about it, but on our side on the street there was an electric generator, which was also terribly noisy. In general, the sound insulation is not very good. Also, the noise of someone in the closet was tormenting. Something was scratching and scraping, we did not understand. what it was. The sewage system also does not work 100%, the smell from the pipes was present in the toilet. The furniture is old and the room as a whole requires improvement. The water in the pool is quite cold since the hotel is rectangular, the sun simply did not touch the water, and there is no heating. BREAKFASTS are for an amateur and the choice is not large. I think that you can have breakfast elsewhere. Of the pros: the location is gorgeous, went out and into the sea. Everything you need is nearby. Supermarket around the corner, laundry, 7 eleven and many others. There are also top-notch rooms with a sea view and a private terrace, naturally expensive, but there is comfort. There are about 6 such rooms in the hotel. The staff is friendly 👍 nice to talk to.

Not a bad hotel, away from the main crowd at the 2nd station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard by Filipino standards. The rooms are not bad, but the window air conditioner is very noisy. There is a small pool, convenient for children: depth up to 1.2 m. The room has everything you need, but all the sockets are not for the European standard, you need to have adapters or ask at the reception.

It is located right next to the beach, making it perfect for beach activities, and the location is great for getting to where you want to go.

Nice, cozy hotel. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious!

Boracay Island Station 3 The view from the room was beautiful. I went out to the balcony and watched the sunset for a while. There are some rooms with ocean view. Be careful when you make a reservation.
