The location is next to the subway station and the staff in the lobby are friendly. The only minor issue was that there were some hair on the sheets that didn't belong to me.

Very good location right next to Quincy Market and a short and easy metro trip from the airport. The staff were very friendly.
The room was comfy and large. We booked the cabin room. One thing to note is that there are no windows in the cabin rooms.

Lovely boutique hotel down on the Boston waterfront across from the Aquarium stop. Very convenient location and friendly check-in. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. I only gave it a four since the heat didn't seem to work well despite setting thermostat to high and I brought it to the attention of the front desk when I checked out. I enjoyed my stay despite the cool room in mid-winter.
