"The hotel is 1km away from the Glen shopping mall, which takes about 10 minutes to walk. Our flight arrived at 5am, but the white lady at the front desk was very nice and let us check in early at 7am without any extra charge. The hotel facilities are very new and comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that the bathtub drains too slowly and the shower will accumulate water."

"The location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating. The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival. On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk. Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience."
