The kitchen flows nicely into the dining area or dine alfresco on the 8-seater garden table and BBQ. The kitchen and main bedroom open out on to the garden which leads out to an expansive well maintained large, grassed area.Relax in the lounge area and know that when it's cold there's a wood burner (please bring your own timber) or watch TV from anywhere in the room and know that it can swivel to suit most lounging locations.The double garage has been converted to a rumpus room for the little and big kids to enjoy. There's board and card games galore, 48" TV, table football, a mini basketball hoop, skateboard, SUPs, kids mask & snorkels, boogie boards and 3 bicycles.The main bedroom (The Cloud) has a beautiful king bed and boasts doors that open out on to the garden for you to enjoy the view and listen to the birds.Second bedroom also has a king bed and full-length mirror. Golfers can wander down to the golf course or to the Country Club easily from the back garden.
