"We stayed at this hotel in Madeira and overall had a good experience. We really liked the room, as well as the convenient location, which made it easy to reach the main points of interest. The services offered by the property were also satisfactory and made for a pleasant stay. The only aspect that left us a bit disappointed was the cleanliness, which unfortunately fell below expectations, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel. Overall, it was still a good experience, and with more attention to cleanliness, the stay would have been truly excellent."
