Body sweat, deodorant, or alcohol drops in the Jacuzzi will have consequences on the quality of the water.Professionals always recommend a maximum of 20 min experience in the water when the temperature is above 100 degrees.Do not leave the spray jets on after leaving the tub.Consuming alcohol while in the Jacuzzi is highly not recommended.No glass bottles, nor glassware nearby the edge of the tub are allowed. If we found broken glasses in the tub or nearby the tub, that would be considered a severe breach of contract compromising the return of the deposit.The jacuzzi has no steps to go down so please be careful.We recommend that no kids under 7 should be in the water without any adult supervision.Certainly, no kids of any age who do not know how to swim should be left alone with no adult supervision.The Jacuzzi is not a swimming pool, so staying longer than 20 mins in + 100 degrees warm water is not recommended by health professionals.The Jacuzzi is not a bathtub to wash your hair or body, any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash will compromise severely the water quality.Stepping on the soft cover is not allowed. Please close tank valve when you are done. Please do not run when not sitting by the fire. Should you need to refill the propane tanks, please just send us a picture of the receipt and we will reimburse you!Note: we have 5 chairs on our deck but none out at the firepit area. Bring your own chairs or sit on a nearby stump. Guests may use the options above for having a fire if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse. Please no candles.HEATHeat is powered by our boiler system and is controlled by the digital thermostats in the hallway and main bedroom. It takes a bit to come up to temp but will be warm and cozy. To prevent costly freeze ups, please DO NOT TURN DOWN HEAT BELOW 55 OR ABOVE 75. The electric heaters have been turned off, with the exception of our heated mudroom, which you may turn on during the winter season (control knob is found within the enclosed mudroom).DEHUMIDIFIER (BASEMENT)There is a dehumidifier running in the basement, by the basement entry door. Please do not unplug or touch. This needs to stay on and pumps water in the air outside. Thank you.NO SMOKINGThis is a NON SMOKING cabin.
