Staffs arr very kind and hospitable. They upgraded the room for us from ground floor to 9th floor and from the room we can see the sea. The unit is very well-equipped and comfortable.There are washer and dryer, fidge and freezer and dishwashee. It takes only 2-3 minutes walk to the sea and to Westfield Mall. In all we are so impressed with everything.

The check-in time was twelve in the evening and there was a letter to me at the door. There are no guests and no owners. I couldn't find the room and hit the backyard by accident and saw the owner. He took us to the room and did not show up until he left the next day. In the morning, I pick up the food myself. Fortunately, the toaster and coffee machine are relatively easy to operate.

This was our first stop on our road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide, via the Great Ocean Road. As it was my first time driving a right-hand-drive car, I chose Geelong, being the closest to Melbourne, as our initial stopover. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of Geelong Beach and behind Geelong's commercial center, making it convenient for dining and stocking up for a long drive. Both the hotel room and bathroom were spacious and bright, and at least upon check-in, they were very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and proactively arranged valet parking. Since there were three of us, housekeeping promptly set up and made the sofa bed. I do have to mention a common drawback: there were no disposable slippers. And another common issue: in today's personalized era, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided aren't really that useful. It would be better to save on those and instead provide guests with disposable slippers and shower caps.

The environment of the manor is excellent, the proprietress has a great temperament, home appliances and facilities are all available, and the family breakfast is delicious. It is a little regrettable that the check-in time must be earlier. In addition, the address navigation seems to be not accurate enough. There is no street light in this area after dark, which caused me to get lost by driving. I also knocked on the door of the manor next door. It was very dangerous. The owner did not come out, and the dog did not bark at me.

The first time I stayed at the car hotel, the key was put in the room. When I left, I found that there was a full set of tableware microwave ovens.
