AAnonymous UserThe hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice

Eeg_whskyIt's a bit far from the station, but you can go by free bus. The room is very clean and clean. Breakfast was also very good. You can get an Arosa card during the summer season, but if you haven't received it by email in advance, consult the front desk of Hotel Alpensonne Arosa, which is a short walk away.

GGuest UserWir waren mit unserem 4-jährigen Sohn in Arosa. Das Hotel ist direkt oberhalb ser Seebadi und ausgesprochen hübsch. Klein aber fein. Sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir das nette und herzliche Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Tage genossen.
