Hotel Altein Arosa, a Faern Collection Resort ★★★★
"The hotel was amazing! We enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately the parking lots are not enough, so book them in advance!"
BelArosa Suiten & Wellness 4 Sterne Superior ★★★★
"Stayed for three nights, rooms fantastic, breakfast and dinner fantastic and lovely spa facilities. Hotel Bel Arosa felt so homely and Karin and her team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend and hopefully will return in the future."
Aves Arosa ★★★
"The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice"
Home Hotel Arosa ★★★
"Good, central location and friendly hosts. Good breakfast with beautiful selection."
Hotel Astoria ★★★
"The Hotel Astoria is a small authentic Swiss hotel owned and operated by Oliver and Edith. They are lovely welcoming people whose care and warmth shine through all aspects of the hotel and restaurant. My wife and I have stayed two different times separated by several years and both times we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality we experienced. The restaurant food and service are excellent and the spa and pool are clean and never crowded. The Astoria is very well-located, an easy walk to ski rentals and ski lifts as well as the Arosa train station. We found it to be a perfect location for a Winter ski vacation - at a very reasonable room rate. We look forward to returning again soon!"
Valsana Hotel Arosa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World ★★★★
"For the last three years, we spent our Christmas / New Year holiday in Valsana Hotel in Arosa and every time when leaving the place made sure to immediately book again for the coming year, which says it all. The hotel offers great, spacious, comfortable and very clean rooms with a very nice view; staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive; the hotel is situated in a great location to go skiing, for a walk and to reach all places in Arosa on foot; the restaurant Twist offers a great selection of dishes with and really excellent service; and everything is also very children friendly."
Arosa Mountain Lodge ★★
"Very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very"
Sunstar Hotel Arosa ★★★★
"We loved this hotel, booked through the Swiss Holiday company. The room was great (we were upgraded) and the food was wonderful - comprehensive breakfast and a lovely evening meal. What made this hotel stand out though was the quality of the staff. From the the start we were treated like friends, and on check in, instead of standing at a counter filling in our details after a long and tiring journey, we were invited to sit down, relax, have a cup of tea while Michael took our details and outlined the hotel's facilities. The waiting staff were wonderful, especially Reto, and Jenny (from Canada) . There was even a hotel shuttlebus to take you to the cable car or station. Definitely recommend."
Blatter's Arosa Hotel & Bella Vista Spa ★★★★
"As in the title we were very happy with the staff and their efforts. All very friendly and polite. Hotel location is perfect for skiing and private shuttle available as needed. Good to mention is the the availability and promotion of local drinks and food. Despite we enjoyed the drinks some of the dishes were rather not meeting our taste and portion size is rather on the „smaller“ side. Sauna was fine as well as steam bath but not easy to find. Pool is for the kids - was not really inviting. Some areas could accept a little renovation especially the carpet."
