Hotel Altein Arosa, a Faern Collection Resort ★★★★
"Hotel is located in a very convenient location and staffs are very helpful and friendly. We have got an upgrade to a family room, and we enjoyed using the facilities in hotel as well."
BelArosa Suiten & Wellness 4 Sterne Superior ★★★★
"Once again we stayed at the homely BelArosa and it was fantastic again. Whether it was the varied breakfast buffet, the comfortably furnished rooms or the warm hospitality - the BelArosa is always worth a visit in every respect! A hotel with a host's heart and soul - this is no longer a given these days. That's why the hotel slogan "You come as a guest and leave as a friend" fits perfectly!"
Aves Arosa ★★★
"The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice"
Home Hotel Arosa ★★★
"Gyopi understands very well to read the guest's wishes from the eyes. She is created for the gastronomy / hotel shop because she has developed a very great understanding of using me as a guest very friendly, great and proactive in service. She has a very fine way and communicates perfectly. My excellent compliment and appreciation to Gyopi! Thank you very much!"
Hotel Astoria ★★★
"The Hotel Astoria is a small authentic Swiss hotel owned and operated by Oliver and Edith. They are lovely welcoming people whose care and warmth shine through all aspects of the hotel and restaurant. My wife and I have stayed two different times separated by several years and both times we were impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality we experienced. The restaurant food and service are excellent and the spa and pool are clean and never crowded. The Astoria is very well-located, an easy walk to ski rentals and ski lifts as well as the Arosa train station. We found it to be a perfect location for a Winter ski vacation - at a very reasonable room rate. We look forward to returning again soon!"
Valsana Hotel Arosa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World ★★★★
"Beautiful, just unfortunately it was off season so nothing in the hotel was open for us to utilize."
Arosa Mountain Lodge ★★
"Very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very good, very"
Sunstar Hotel Arosa ★★★★
"We liked the situation, transportation, employees, peaceful. A few years ago dinners were served better than this year. We although care of our environment and understand that we don't throw food products into the waste bin."
Blatter's Arosa Hotel & Bella Vista Spa ★★★★
"We had planned to stay here and therefore agreed to pay a CHF 300 deposit which they happily and easily took thru our credit card. Well (we thought regrettably) we were not able to go so we cancelled our reservation well in advance of the cancellation deadline. When we asked to just put the credit on our credit card somehow they lost their ability to transact on a credit card and claimed they could only refund to a checking account. While I gave them all the information, I also advised them that I thought it would be a problem since our account is in dollars. Well nothing ever arrived and when asked was only told it was difficult to send money to the US. So I finally gave up and went to our credit card company who quickly resolved the problem to our satisfaction."

Tschuggen Grand Hotel - the Leading Hotels of the World
"My family and I had a truly spectacular visit to Tschuggen Grand. The interior feels a bit outdated but the room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. And what really stands out is the service. EVERY staff member with whom we came in contact was outstanding. So courteous and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. A special shout out to a few team members: Maria who serviced our room was so kind and helpful. And Lucas from the kids club was so kind to both my children. They are already saying that they miss him. A small note that this was the cleanest kids club I've ever experienced in my life. And be sure to visit the pool and spa - both are so so good. The only dip in our experience was a dinner in the Basement - the Swiss restaurant. The service was lacking enthusiasm and several items we ordered came out incorrect and we had to send them back."
Waldhotel Arosa
"Our stay at Waldhotel Arosa was truly delightful. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel at home throughout. The dining was fantastic with excellent variety and quality. We especially loved the relaxing pool and spa, which made our visit even more memorable."
