Guest UserThe room is quite big, new and clean, the environment is sanitary, and parking is free. Although it is on the highway side, the soundproofing effect is very good, it is quite satisfactory for the transition overnight.

NewStar Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and nice. The manager Urs is a real gentlemen. Hope everyone will book this hotel and I'm sure you will have a wonderful journey in St.Gallen!

Very friendly reception and check-in despite arrival before switch opening. All very clean, ordenly and beautifully decorated in the living area. Heat and dry bedroom, very cheap. Spartan room facilities as usual in youth hostels. Care garden and beautiful views. Very recommendable.
