"The hotel's location is right on Lake Lucerne; it couldn't be better!
The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast was very rude, especially one waiter who was very arrogant and not at all helpful! On the first morning of my stay, there was no jam. When I asked, I was told they were out of it, only chocolate spread! The next morning, thanks to a trip to the Volg supermarket, there was jam again!
Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but the comfortable mattresses and the bathroom with its very large shower room are definite highlights."
