Most importantly, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the mattress—it's amazing! It offers a perfect balance of firmness and softness. It's a godsend for those who prefer a firm mattress. I absolutely love it! From now on, whenever I travel or go on business in Beitun, I'll only sleep in the City Star Hotel's beds. It's sooooo comfortable!

I want to commend the cleaning staff and the receptionist who helped me check in on October 17th. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet in the room, which contained my ID, credit cards, and cash. The cleaning lady contacted me immediately, and the receptionist immediately contacted me to arrange for my wallet to be shipped to my next city. I must thank and applaud their honesty and integrity. The room is very clean and bright. There is a USB port at the head of the bed, which is very convenient and fast to charge. The mirror in the room has a touch screen switch, which is very nice. The breakfast is also very good and tastes good. There are barbecue restaurants, hot pot restaurants, and Xinjiang specialties nearby. It is a 5-minute drive from the pedestrian street. Very satisfied, most importantly, it is quiet, comfortable, and sleeps well!

Problems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!

Convenient parking, spacious rooms and good facilities. The front desk was not good at check-in. It may have just picked up a tour group and was a little impatient. The dinner was good, the breakfast was very simple and basically cold. More than 600 prices, low cost performance.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the service staff is very friendly. Southerners don't eat frozen pears, so the front desk staff specially prepared a bowl for us to thaw the frozen pears. The cold fish and pike they recommended were delicious. I really like their hospitality.
