Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The breakfast is rich, the place is new and spacious, the lobby is spacious and bright, the fitness room is large and well-equipped, I like the decoration of the room, and the bedding is comfortable. Very satisfied. Only for bathing, the water heats up slowly and takes too long. It will be perfect if it can be improved.

Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

I want to commend the cleaning staff and the receptionist who helped me check in on October 17th. When I checked out, I accidentally left my wallet in the room, which contained my ID, credit cards, and cash. The cleaning lady contacted me immediately, and the receptionist immediately contacted me to arrange for my wallet to be shipped to my next city. I must thank and applaud their honesty and integrity.
