If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it.

Check-in at the hotel front desk was super fast, and check-out was express with no room inspection, which was really convenient for us since we were in a hurry.
