The hotel has convenient parking and travel, and is fully equipped. The room has a small kitchen ~ there is a separate sink for washing fruits and vegetables, a microwave oven for easy use, and a small chopping board for preparing dishes. The service is full of details, the bathroom is reasonably designed, with dry and wet separation, and windows for convenient ventilation; the staff are warm and thoughtful.

The check-in experience was very bad. Due to negligence, only my husband and I checked in. At night, the police station came to check the room and took me to the police station to record my statement. It was the first time in my life that I was speechless. The hotel shower could not be used to wash the water. The shower head was just for show. The experience was very bad. I complained to the front desk staff about the bad experience but they ignored me as if it was none of their business. Let's just say that I feel that the police have a much better attitude than them. I said many times thank you for your cooperation. It's outrageous. It's outrageous.

The hotel felt great from the moment I entered. The parking lot was large, the front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, the laundry facilities were excellent, and the price was reasonable. It felt like great value for money and definitely worth experiencing.

Low-key luxury, unrestrained and profound. This is a big hotel that I accidentally found on the way to Zibo Gankao. It is very high-end, nearly 60 square meters, with good value for money. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will book it again. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, with a large, clean parking lot. There is a supermarket opposite, making shopping very convenient.

Passing by here on the way home, it is a better hotel in the local area, the environmental sanitation equipment is very good, the price is moderate, there are many types of breakfast, and there are freshly made noodles, which is very good.

The room is large, the view outside the window is good, and the equipment and facilities are new and complete! It would be better if there is a lighting device that can be fully turned on and off with one click, it would be much more convenient! In addition, I have to say that the room service sister knocks on the door and delivers the fruit plate. The time is not fixed, and there are repeated deliveries. When she finds that she has delivered the wrong fruit, she takes the fruit plate and turns around and leaves. I suggest that she can deliver some peeled fruits in the future, which will be delicious to eat. It will be more convenient and avoid waste! You can pick up the yogurt if you need it. It will go bad if it is left out of cold for a long time! Overall, it’s good. I will stay here again when I go to Binzhou in the future👍

I left my wristband in the room when I checked out. Thank you to the front desk staff for contacting me and the housekeeper who cleaned room 0731 on the morning of July 28th (sorry I couldn't find her name) for returning it. Regarding the hotel's amenities, it was a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the TV couldn't project screens. However, around 5:00 PM on the 27th, the gentleman at the front desk kindly helped by temporarily storing food in the restaurant, which solved the problem. I hope the front desk and housekeeping manager will see this and give you a compliment, ideally according to company policy. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was a great value for the price. The apartment I booked was far from the main building, so I had to call the front desk's external line from my cell phone to get service. The apartment was nice and clean, but there was no laundry detergent or liquid. I had to ask the front desk, and when they didn't have it, I had to ask someone else for it. After a lot of searching, I finally got it. This one-bedroom apartment was actually quite small, not even as big as a traditional king-size bed, and not worth it. The front desk staff needed improvement. They didn't even know where to find a charging station when I asked them. This level of service doesn't align with a five-star hotel. There's nothing much nearby, and Wanda Plaza is a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was pretty average.
