GGuest UserThe check-in experience was very bad. Due to negligence, only my husband and I checked in. At night, the police station came to check the room and took me to the police station to record my statement. It was the first time in my life that I was speechless. The hotel shower could not be used to wash the water. The shower head was just for show. The experience was very bad. I complained to the front desk staff about the bad experience but they ignored me as if it was none of their business. Let's just say that I feel that the police have a much better attitude than them. I said many times thank you for your cooperation. It's outrageous. It's outrageous.

🌳 Environment: The environment is superb, the booking is convenient and fast, the hotel decoration is beautiful, this price is compared to other, this form scale, cost-effective, already very affordable, look upstairs, the scenery is very good.

💁 Service: Warm service, quick and convenient check-in, not available for 5 minutes. No deposit, check out and refund the card.
🏝 Surrounding: There is free parking space at the door, the county consumption is not high, and everything is very complete. It is worth a visit.
🛏️ Bed comfort: pillow, soft and scented, zero pressure mattress. I fell asleep very comfortably.

The apartment was nice and clean, but there was no laundry detergent or liquid. I had to ask the front desk, and when they didn't have it, I had to ask someone else for it. After a lot of searching, I finally got it. This one-bedroom apartment was actually quite small, not even as big as a traditional king-size bed, and not worth it. The front desk staff needed improvement. They didn't even know where to find a charging station when I asked them. This level of service doesn't align with a five-star hotel. There's nothing much nearby, and Wanda Plaza is a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was pretty average.

Okay, I understand, just be your business. I waited for a day the next day and didn’t wait for the room change. Until the room wireless was broken (in fact, it was always broken. I used my own traffic. I wanted to connect to the wireless because I used too much). The front desk said that the whole floor was broken and said that it could not be repaired. I changed the room directly. It was upgraded. The room type that should have been given.

This problem has been found for 3 days, and there is no management inspection.
