The service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The room is spacious, and the stand-up AC cools down very quickly. Downstairs is quite lively, and there's free underground parking available. It's also very close to the high-speed train station and Crystal City.

I was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.
