GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

This time I traveled to Donghai County and stayed at Furu Donghai Hotel. The overall experience exceeded expectations! Whether it is the environment, service or detailed experience, it is impressive and definitely worthy of five-star praise!
📍 **Excellent location**
The hotel is in a good location, close to popular attractions and commercial areas, and very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy, so you can have a good rest at night, while not losing the convenience of life. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
🏨 **Comfortable and clean room**
The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally! The hot spring was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water was stable, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The room was cleaned by a special person every day and kept very tidy.
💁 **Intimate and thoughtful service**
The front desk staff was enthusiastic, efficient in checking in, and took the initiative to introduce local fun places and special food. The room service responded quickly, and any needs could be solved in time, making people live very comfortably.
Furu Donghai Hotel has done a good job in details. It is a five-star hotel with super high cost performance. Next time I come to Donghai County, I will definitely choose here!

GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. The check-in speed at the front desk is very fast, and the surrounding convenience facilities are also intimately introduced.
The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was relieved when I lay down. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the water pressure is also very suitable, the quality of the toiletries is good, with a faint fragrance.
The breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very good, especially the freshly made noodles, the master craftsmanship is superb. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, travel and shopping are very convenient.
In short, no matter the service, environment or cost-effectiveness, I will choose this one next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserI was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I felt tired as soon as I lay on it, and the quality of sleep was superb. The ink lotus and koi decoration on the wall are very Chinese, the atmosphere is full, and the photos are also special.
The facilities are complete, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, the tables and chairs are reasonably placed, whether it is temporary office or leisure small. The service is also very intimate, the response is timely, and the details are in place.
The location is also very convenient, travel and foraging are very worry-free. The overall price is super high, I will choose here next time! Highly recommended to everyone ～🌟

GGuest UserThe location is superb, right near the Xishuang Lake Scenic Area and the Crystal Museum. Opposite is the Crystal Market, so you can stroll there with your children in three minutes. There is a parking lot downstairs, and parking is free, so there is no pressure to travel by car.
The surrounding food is also great. The Hunan cuisine at the Fat Chili Hunan Restaurant downstairs is authentic and really satisfies my taste buds. It is also close to the commercial street, making it very convenient for daily shopping, leisure and entertainment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and offers a wealth of dining and shopping options. The front desk service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The toiletries were high-quality. A special thank you to the cleaning lady for her meticulous cleaning and thoughtful reminder to pack everything upon check-out. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!
