The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

We stayed here during the May Day holiday. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, so the shuttle service was very smooth, and check-in was prompt. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary fruit. We had children with us, and the staff were very friendly towards them, which was a big plus. The kids also enjoyed the hotel's activities – everything was great. I do have a few minor suggestions: When checking in with children, it would be helpful to proactively ask if they need kids' toiletries and slippers, rather than waiting for guests to request them. The mosquito repellent in our room was nearly empty, and despite calling twice, it was never delivered. Also, there was no information provided about the hotel's facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own.

I don't know if it is due to the tree species or because it is well maintained. There are no bugs and the facilities are also well maintained. The food was relatively small, but the taste was okay. The old fisherman's food was quite delicious. Although the seasoning was normal, the seafood was very fresh. I had a lot of fun and will bring my friends next time!

The rooms were pretty good, and there was a small children's playground near the stairs on the second floor. However, it was quite crowded during the May Day holiday; it seemed like one family had booked several rooms, making the hallway a bit noisy at night.

The service staff is polite and enthusiastic, and can answer questions patiently. I lived very comfortably and will choose here next time.
