Fengjie County Hotels with Breakfast

This is a newly opened homestay, and the owner’s family of four runs it seriously. It is equipped with a toilet, central air-conditioning, and the bedding and recliners are also carefully selected. The service was enthusiastic and they took the initiative to help with the luggage. The oranges they brought were freshly picked from their own farm and were very impressive. They tasted very fresh. The dinner cooked by the boss lady is also good. The room is as shown. The balcony and rooftop terrace offer views of the river in Wushan County. A five-minute walk away is a wider viewing platform with better views. It should be great to watch the sunset. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the Three Gorges Summit Sightseeing Station and about 5 minutes to the cable car station. It is very convenient.

The hotel left a very good impression on me. The front desk staff were all very friendly. A male staff member proactively helped us carry our large luggage into the lobby, and also helped carry it to our door when we checked out. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, I've rarely encountered such helpful luggage. So this gesture was very heartwarming. The room was very new and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, adjusting the noodles to our preferences when cooking. The only minor drawback was the old elevator, and the fact that other guests were sweating in the restaurant and hallways.

Traveling with my family of five from Ankang in early February, we stayed at the 'Shi.Orange Journey' hotel. It exceeded our expectations! The location is super convenient. If you're driving, remember to call the hotel ahead of time and add them on WeChat for detailed parking entrance directions – don't park right in front of the hotel entrance. Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift: two incredibly juicy oranges and a thoughtful peeler. When we went for dinner at 'Yi Guan Zi Ji' that evening, the front desk even kindly advised us that a half chicken would be enough. The room's WiFi was strong, and it came equipped with a 'Xiao Du' smart home system. After a long day, the kids were able to plug in their Switch and play Zelda on the enormous projector, which also supported wireless screen mirroring. The drinking water came in small bottled dispensers, placed upside down on an automatic heating desktop water dispenser, which was very convenient. You could even use 'Xiao Du' voice commands for free delivery. Breakfast was 20 yuan per person, and they even gave us a discount. My elderly family members have diabetes, so they can't eat too many pastries, and the breakfast here was just right. All in all, it was a trip that satisfied the whole family. To sum it up, I'd say the service was beyond 5-star, the location was prime, and our mood was absolutely joyful.

Very good place, independent yard, convenient parking, flowers in the yard, bamboo forest, eating in the yard, or in the restaurant, the room is large, clean, the bedding is good, the lighting is good, away from the hustle and bustle, quiet, warm service, stayed for two days, next time I live for a few days, summer resort! The room is on the second floor of the basement and is directly connected to the garage. If it is not a river view room, it is basically a dark room without windows. It does not match my understanding of the sentence that there is a block outside the window, it is actually a fake window. A narrow inner aisle is sandwiched between the two sides of the room, with a ceiling light on it, which looks like a window. There is fresh wind in the house and sleeping is a bit noisy. And when I sleep at night, the lights outside the window are not related, which is not very friendly for people who don't like to sleep with bright light. Other facilities inside the room are OK, you can wake up with a small degree. Objectively speaking, a room located in the inner aisle without windows is not worth the price. There is one thing to say, the front desk lady service is still good.

This hotel very new and my room is very comfortable with view of the river. The location is also very convenient as there is a public bus just outside the hotel that goes directly to White Emperor City. The breakfast is okay. There are many restaurants and shops outside the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and I would like to especially thanks hotel manager Miss Zhang for her patience in answering all my questions regarding the attractions, transport, payment methods etc. in Fengjie. Highly recommended.

Perfect location. You can tell that this was once the premier hotel in the area. It is aging up a bit, and could use a refresher including adding a small coffee shop. The front desk staff, and the housekeeping staff are outstanding! Helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of thier way to make sure I as a westerner was comfortable and well cared for. We will stay here again, but they do need to update a few things over the next year or so.

Fengjie Hotel is an old star hotel. It is located in the old city, which makes me feel what a real mountain city is. The parking space is very tight and it is not very convenient to park in the underground garage. However, this is nothing. After all, it is in the old city. Everything else is very good, and the front desk service is also very thoughtful.

I stayed here while attempting the full Three Gorges hike from Baidicheng (White Emperor City). The owner was exceptionally kind — he drove me to the trailhead in the morning, and when I left, he took me by bike to a bus stop so I could combine bus + Didi to Fengjie railway station. He also arranged a direct ride from the station to the hotel for 80 yuan, which I found very reasonable. The hotel’s surroundings are also very relaxing with balcony overlooking mountains. That said, future travelers should know: · No food delivery – Bring your own snacks. You can also order food from the hotel. They have several options available. · Limited public transport – Don't rely on Didi or taxis appearing here. · Tourist bus from Fengjie railway station to the mountain area (including Aokou) runs only in the morning. The return bus from the mountain area to the station runs only in the afternoon. Plan your arrival and departure around these windows, or you'll pay much more for private transport. · Check the bus schedule here: #小程序://畅游奉节/UxLlphF9XxqNpUG (WeChat mini-program, Chinese only) · Not ideal for the full hike – The trailhead (Baidicheng ferry) is a 15–20 min drive. For the full river-to-peak route, stay near Baidicheng/Qutang area instead. · Works for the half hike – If starting at Shimiao Village or the museum, this location is acceptable. It’s actually my original plan but I ended up doing the full hike.

The hotel is in an excellent location. If you want to go to the Baidi City Scenic Area, you can walk a few steps to the Kuimen Ancient City and there are almost all buses passing by. If you want to get to Fengjie High-speed Railway Station, take bus No. 105 in front of the hotel to the terminal Shijialiang. The fare is 1.5 yuan. Then transfer to bus 303. The terminal is Fengjie High-speed Railway Station. The fare is also 1.5 yuan. The transportation is very convenient. Although the carpet in the hotel corridor is a bit old, the service at the front desk is not inferior to that of a five-star hotel. It is very enthusiastic and in place. If you ask one of the beauties, many beauties will brainstorm together to provide answers. The traffic information inquiry above is one of them. People feel infinitely warm!
