Fengjie County Hotels with Parking

We loved our time here. Wish we could stay longer. The family that runs the place are so nice. The new section is built in 2025 - very nice. The large deck overlooks the river and mountains with sunset view. We hiked the mountain and the trail starts 100 m from the home stay. The food is also amazing. They make their own smoked meat. Also grow their own vegetables and oranges. The oranges were in peak season when we were there in February and they let us pick as many as we liked.

This river-view hotel in Fengjie truly captures the poetic essence of Kuimen's mountains and rivers. From my window, I could see the majestic Yangtze River, with green mountains in the morning and the river glowing with sunset hues in the evening. The room terrace was set with a delightful afternoon tea, and the meals were fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, making everything feel just right and warm. Staying amidst the mountains and by the river, enjoying the vast expanse of mist and waves in solitude, made this trip incredibly healing and unforgettable.

The hotel left a very good impression on me. The front desk staff were all very friendly. A male staff member proactively helped us carry our large luggage into the lobby, and also helped carry it to our door when we checked out. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, I've rarely encountered such helpful luggage. So this gesture was very heartwarming. The room was very new and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, adjusting the noodles to our preferences when cooking. The only minor drawback was the old elevator, and the fact that other guests were sweating in the restaurant and hallways.

I chose this hotel for Fengjie and the experience was very good. The room is in log style, the whole house is smart and easy to use, and the bathroom facilities are brand new and easy to use. Booked a city view room but the room size is wide, the hotel elevator can go directly to the river, and it is particularly comfortable to take a walk in the evening to see the night view. The sanitation is clean and the bedding is comfortable to sleep. The location is very convenient, not far from the Xiaohongchuan Wharf, and it is convenient to visit the surrounding business districts. The staff was friendly and responded promptly, and very enthusiastic to recommend local specialties and scenic spots to us. The overall price/performance ratio is OK, it is worth staying in Fengjie, and I will consider it next time.

We are traveling as a family and booked three rooms. Each room is very good. The room is very clean and the environment is very good. They also upgraded the room for free for us. The location of the hotel is very good. It is the most commercial area in the local area. The surrounding snacks are rich. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the Little Red Ship Pier. The hotel is very hygienic, the room looks relatively new and clean, feels comfortable and warm, and the overall price is high.

This hotel very new and my room is very comfortable with view of the river. The location is also very convenient as there is a public bus just outside the hotel that goes directly to White Emperor City. The breakfast is okay. There are many restaurants and shops outside the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and I would like to especially thanks hotel manager Miss Zhang for her patience in answering all my questions regarding the attractions, transport, payment methods etc. in Fengjie. Highly recommended.

I stayed here while attempting the full Three Gorges hike from Baidicheng (White Emperor City). The owner was exceptionally kind — he drove me to the trailhead in the morning, and when I left, he took me by bike to a bus stop so I could combine bus + Didi to Fengjie railway station. He also arranged a direct ride from the station to the hotel for 80 yuan, which I found very reasonable. The hotel’s surroundings are also very relaxing with balcony overlooking mountains. That said, future travelers should know: · No food delivery – Bring your own snacks. You can also order food from the hotel. They have several options available. · Limited public transport – Don't rely on Didi or taxis appearing here. · Tourist bus from Fengjie railway station to the mountain area (including Aokou) runs only in the morning. The return bus from the mountain area to the station runs only in the afternoon. Plan your arrival and departure around these windows, or you'll pay much more for private transport. · Check the bus schedule here: #小程序://畅游奉节/UxLlphF9XxqNpUG (WeChat mini-program, Chinese only) · Not ideal for the full hike – The trailhead (Baidicheng ferry) is a 15–20 min drive. For the full river-to-peak route, stay near Baidicheng/Qutang area instead. · Works for the half hike – If starting at Shimiao Village or the museum, this location is acceptable. It’s actually my original plan but I ended up doing the full hike.

The price is absolutely perfect! The price is affordable and exceeds expectations, the room space is not small, the outside is the Yangtze River, and the room is very transparent. The cleaning aunt cleaned very meticulously, and the bathroom was very clean. Toiletries are complete, WiFi speed is good, games are not stuck, the hotel has a gym, and the laundry room is also very good. It is still very close to two or three kilometers from Baidi City. There are small supermarkets and restaurants 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff is gentle and patient, and there is something to call and deal with very quickly. It is good in general!

The hotel is in an excellent location. If you want to go to the Baidi City Scenic Area, you can walk a few steps to the Kuimen Ancient City and there are almost all buses passing by. If you want to get to Fengjie High-speed Railway Station, take bus No. 105 in front of the hotel to the terminal Shijialiang. The fare is 1.5 yuan. Then transfer to bus 303. The terminal is Fengjie High-speed Railway Station. The fare is also 1.5 yuan. The transportation is very convenient. Although the carpet in the hotel corridor is a bit old, the service at the front desk is not inferior to that of a five-star hotel. It is very enthusiastic and in place.
