GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes.
Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals?
Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom has no smell, the toiletries are complete, and the details are in place. The hotel is quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, and it does not affect the rest at all. Convenient location, convenient travel and eating. The price is super high, whether it is a travel or a business trip is very suitable, I will definitely choose this next time I come, I really recommend it to everyone.

The parent-child activities of this hotel are not ambiguous at all, and the gifts are also very generous. Adults and children are happy, and the waiters are also very good! Special praise for the ladies at the front desk, good attitude, fast action, and flexible enough! When traveling with children, you have to go to an old star hotel! It would be better if the buffet was richer.
