Heshan Hotels with Breakfast

I obviously chose a free room upgrade. When I arrived, I arranged a room at the end and asked to change it. When I went to the front desk, I was told that there would be a charge for upgrading the room type. Moreover, the room I booked at the time was a room with a window. I didn’t know which room type it was said to be upgraded at the beginning. , the room type that was upgraded later was the same as the room type that was originally booked, and the room type that was booked before was the room with a window. But other than that, the room is quite clean. The quilt is a little stained. The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of watching TV in the next room.

This hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.
