AAnonymous UserI obviously chose a free room upgrade. When I arrived, I arranged a room at the end and asked to change it. When I went to the front desk, I was told that there would be a charge for upgrading the room type. Moreover, the room I booked at the time was a room with a window. I didn’t know which room type it was said to be upgraded at the beginning. , the room type that was upgraded later was the same as the room type that was originally booked, and the room type that was booked before was the room with a window. But other than that, the room is quite clean. The quilt is a little stained. The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of watching TV in the next room.

The room was spacious with excellent natural light, and the decor was simple yet elegant. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money was outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I've already recommended it to friends. GGuest UserThis hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

GGuest UserEverything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

GGuest UserMy best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended. First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes. The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities. In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel. This price is generally good and bad.
