AAnonymous UserObviously chose a free room upgrade, and arranged a tail room to request replacement after going to the front desk. I went to the front desk and said that the upgraded room type was charged, and the room booked at that time was with windows. I don’t know which room type has been upgraded at the beginning. The upgraded room type later is the same as the room type booked at the beginning. The previous booking was with windows.
But in addition to this, the room is still clean, the quilt is a bit stained, the sound is average, and the sound of watching TV in the next room can be heard.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024.
There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way.
I would definitely come back when I am around the area.

Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls.
Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure.
Plenty of parking spaces, no worries.
The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home.
I would definitely stay here again.

This price is really cost-effective compared to other platforms, and the environment and sanitation are not inferior to other homes. It is really necessary to come. The service staff are very good, active and enthusiastic, and help solve small problems. First of all, the most important room is clean and tidy. The privacy is very good, the living experience is great! Next time I come to Heshan, I will stay here.

GGuest UserMy best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended.
First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

The balcony is especially large and the view is not bad. Parking downstairs is free and the transportation is convenient. The customer service response is also very timely. It would be better if there is a cost-effective ticket combination.
