Heshan Hotels with Parking

The overall experience of this stay was good, the hotel was very convenient, travel and work were very convenient, and the surrounding traffic was smooth. There are plenty of parking spaces, convenient parking, and very friendly to guests traveling by car. Downstairs is a variety of gourmet shops, dining options are many, can solve the food needs at any time, very intimate. The only downside is that the noise of karaoke downstairs is louder, and the night will be affected. The quietness is slightly worse. If you pay attention to the quality of sleep, you need to pay attention. Overall, the price/performance ratio is acceptable, and guests who value the location and convenient food can consider it.

The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. They were very professional and even offered us drinks and got ice water for the kids during check-in. Their attitude was very kind. Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Beautiful Service: Excellent I stayed at the Donggu Yuehu Hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like home. The fountains and light shows were beautiful at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the waiter also sent welcome fruit, which was worthy of praise. The hotel has an elegant environment, very close to Daqi Mountain, and convenient to play. The restaurant is large, the breakfast is varied and tastes good.

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.
