The room was exactly the same as the pictures online, with a simple yet elegant decor that I loved. All the facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable – spotless! It gave me complete peace of mind. The hotel is located in the town center, with extremely convenient transportation, and nearby shopping malls, parks, and a wide variety of restaurants. The soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning and heating were incredibly powerful; I slept soundly all night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip! I treated my business trip like a vacation, haha!

You can live indoors, next to OCT, but there is no sign for each building in the community. It takes a long time to find it. There is no front desk consultation. There is a phone gap guide and a password to open the door. Somehow, OCT tourists are few, deserted, and the buildings in the accommodation community are like an empty city without people.

This time I stayed at the Overseas Chinese Qiaoxiang Hotel in Heshan City and the experience was very good! Really exceeded expectations, the hotel is strategically located in the core area of the city center, the surrounding traffic is very convenient, there is also a large Beihu Park, whether it is self-driving or public transportation, parking is also very convenient. The front desk staff is warm and professional, the check-in procedure is fast and efficient, and the whole process is smiling, making people feel at home. If there is any need, the staff can respond and handle it properly in time, and the service is attentive and thoughtful, completely exceeding expectations. Next time I come to Heshan, I will choose here!

Our family went out for a trip and booked two rooms. They were clean and hygienic, and very close to Xintiandi. The rooms also had disposable sheets and blankets, so we no longer had to worry about hygiene issues.

The overall feeling of staying in is good, the furniture facilities are brand new and intact, the room is well ventilated and odorless, the cleaning is very careful, the front desk of Xiaoyan is efficient, and will come again next time.
