GGuest UserI haven't been back to Yuncheng for several years. I didn't expect to build such a good hotel. The environment and service are very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially highlighting the local characteristics. I can eat Zhuangmo, porridge, and mutton soup without going out. Very good stay experience, Yuncheng, Nanhu, come on, I will patronize it next time I come and hope it will get better and better.

GGuest UserA family came to Heze to see the peonies and chose to stay in this hotel. It felt like an original place when they came in. The starry sky roof was very popular with the kids. The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! Five-star praise, recommended!

The smart toilet is convenient and hygienic. The room is spacious and bright, and the sofa by the large bay window is very comfortable. The pillows and bedding are very plush, making the stay very comfortable.
Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean, with meticulous attention to detail.
Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The freshly ground soy milk was healthy and tasty. The waiters were also friendly and courteous.
Environment: The hotel is conveniently located, with a 24-hour convenience store and fruit shop downstairs, and a variety of Heze's famous snack restaurants and restaurants nearby. Wanda Plaza and Jiajia are within walking distance, and Heze's most famous shopping mall, Jiahecheng, are also nearby, making shopping and entertainment very convenient.

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
