第一次帶家人來這個城市玩，本來沒有抱有特別的期望，主要他這個酒店距離水滸漢城非常近才選擇它們家 一進大廳就被驚艷到了，大氣又温馨 細節處處顯着温馨，前台小姐姐熱情周到，問到哪裡遊玩以及好吃的都一一仔細回答，房間處處整潔、舒適、寬敞 ，周圍環境安靜雅緻，設計有風格，窗外視野很好。酒店還配有洗衣房，住着愜意自在。停車還有免費、位置離景點近，散步就能到，推薦給出遊的朋友

我們一行四人分別從北京和天津來山東結伴旅遊入住聖達大酒店。按設施.衞生.環境和服務真實評價該酒店，供今後入住的客人蔘考。 酒店客房設施有三個“大”:①房間大，客房面積近三十多平米，房間很敞亮住的很舒適。②床大，近二米的床非常寬敞，一家人帶個小朋友完全夠住。③衞生間面積遠遠超過一般酒店，甚至比五星級酒店衞生間還大。房間各式設施中規中鉅，完全能滿足客人需要，略顯不足的是房間內設施稍顯過時。但需説明的是淋浴部分很新很前衞，用的很舒心。 酒店客房各式被褥用品很衞生，完全可以放心使用。房間和衞生間打掃很乾凈，房間沒有異味。 酒店環境非常棒，並配有能同時供百人以上的用餐的餐廳和同時停放百輛以上汽車停車場，極大方便客人的需求。 客人需要到外聚餐，可以出酒店向左見路口向右僅二百多米有一家極具川味特色的“一棵樹川菜館”就餐，我們四人吃後一致高度好評，味美便宜。 酒店服務參差不齊，有好有不足:總枱服務員應變能力強，水平很高。我們提出攜程 VIP客户不應有按金的請求，她立馬改正，使客人非常滿意。樓層服務員，服務很到位，從語言表達到物品擺放，均達到很高水準，從中可以得出服務人員日常肯定有嚴格培訓方可達到這種水平。餐廳服務人員對待客人態度生硬，一位男性服務人員語言驅趕用過餐的客人，實屬不應該。觀察早餐質量一般，衹能説能吃飽，吃不好。 聖達酒店地理位置非常棒，離水滸好漢城景點在同一條街一公里左右，這個地點又是去菏澤看牡丹花一箇中轉站，客房的價位遠低於菏澤市區的房價。 我推薦從北京天津去的客人在吃的方面沒有特別要求可以不仿嘗試一下去看菏澤牡丹在此設箇中轉站，順便遊玩下水滸好漢城。
