This place was very clean and professional. I was surprised to get such a good place for the price I paid. The staff were very helpful and were good at English. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport in the morning when I left. There may have been a way to get a free pickup from the airport too, but I didn’t figure that out in time, and I just called a Didi (Uber-like system in China). Before this I had stayed at several other budget hotels in a different part of the China, and even at roughly the same price, they were not half as good as this one. So I was really impressed with this place. The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The only reason I took one star off for Amenities was because there was no mini-fridge and no closet, though there was a unenclosed place to hang clothes. I liked the comfortable chair and footstool by the window with its own little table. I relaxed in that for a while, drinking the provided tea. The desk was helpful too.

1. Check-in experience From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt full of sincerity. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the check-in process was very fast without any delay. They patiently answered my various questions about the room type, facilities and surrounding environment, and also recommended the hotel's special services and surrounding food attractions to me, which made me look forward to the next stay. 2. Room environment The room is very exquisitely decorated, and the overall style is simple but warm. The bed is so comfortable that people don't want to get up once they lie on it. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the pillows are also very comfortable, providing me with a high-quality sleeping experience. The facilities in the room are all available, and the air conditioner, TV, kettle, etc. are all working well. The hotel is new but we had issues with plumbing. The shower booth and the sink area drained water very slowly. Otherwise it's good to stay for a long layover in Cheungdu.
