The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. The internal facilities are complete, with smart home systems throughout, and everything is clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided an air purifier. They offer a shuttle service to/from Tianfu Airport every hour, which is a very thoughtful and user-friendly service.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive – I felt truly looked after. I'm really satisfied with this trip and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area; I was extremely pleased.

This is truly a hotel that thinks of its guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, right down to every light switch and remote control, all wiped with alcohol wipes. During the complimentary airport pick-up, the driver saw me holding my sleeping child and proactively adjusted the car's temperature higher. The snacks aren't the usual generic commercial street fare; instead, it's local stalls bustling with people: ice tangyuan, roasted pig trotters, and maocai. You can get a full meal for 10 yuan, a great meal for 20 yuan, and walking back to the hotel after overeating is perfect for digestion.

Check-in was efficient and quick, which was great. The hotel even has a courtyard where you can relax and chat with friends in the evening. They also offer free 24-hour airport and subway transfers. If you're driving, parking is also very convenient. (I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!)

It was already past midnight when I landed. I called the hotel, and the car arrived shortly after, with the driver even helping me with my luggage. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly genuine; during check-in, she thoughtfully reminded me to close the window and told me to call her anytime if I needed anything. The room was cleaner than I expected. The sheets felt very comfortable, and the bathroom tiles were spotless – I could walk barefoot on them without getting any dust on my feet. Even the showerhead was wiped clean, with no watermarks. For just over a hundred yuan, to get a room like this, the value for money is simply outstanding. The air conditioning set to 24 degrees was perfect, and the WiFi was fast enough to stream videos without any buffering. There were plenty of outlets by the bed, so charging my phone and power bank simultaneously was no issue at all. The next day, I had an early morning flight. I came downstairs at 5:30 AM, and the car was already waiting for me. When traveling, all you want is a hassle-free experience. This place not only offers free airport transfers and clean rooms, but the staff are also incredibly kind. I will definitely be back next time.

The hotel was good , clean. Staffs were friendly and good. 24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning. It was much more than my expectation for the price. The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

Arrived midnight and they were able to fetch us from the airport. The hotel was clean and looks new. They provided slippers, and other toiletries. Haven't explored much of the environment but it was close to the airport and there were some old rail like architecture. The hotel was pretty much flexible for changes, i asked that we be dropped off at the airport less than an hour notice, and they were able to provide service. The booking shows free breakfast but we were not told during check in or in the morning if there was, we went down and there was nothing served.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
