I had an early international flight the next day, so I chose to stay here the night before. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off services—super convenient! A tip for international travelers: use the free call service on Trip.com to get their WeChat contact for easy communication and real-time shuttle info once you land. The hotel is brand new, the front desk team is incredibly nice and provided excellent five-star service, and my room was clean with no odd smells. A very pleasant stay. I'll definitely book again next time I fly through Chengdu!

Arrived at Tianfu Airport late at night, and choosing this hotel was such a smart decision—definitely five stars! The 24-hour free airport shuttle service was a lifesaver; no need to drag our luggage around looking for a car after landing. The driver was super friendly and helped us with our bags. The room was spacious and tidy, with impeccable hygiene down to the details, and all disposable amenities were individually packaged. The soundproofing was excellent, the mattress was soft and comfortable, hot water was consistent, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The next morning, the drop-off service to the airport was perfectly arranged, making our entire trip hassle-free. The front desk staff were patient and gentle, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone transiting with family; it made our travel comfortable and stress-free!

Just to be factual, this hotel is in jianyang, so it's quite out of the way from Chengdu city center, not close to any attractions whatsoever, hence the 3 star rating for location (relative to Chengdu city). So start getting busy on your bicycle! Breakfast is really simple, just buns, porridge and small local side dishes. One would probably spend at most 20mins. A bit of a smoky smell when I entered my room, but I'm a single male traveller - can't be bothered. I chose jianyang because I was stopping over for 1 night and wanted to see something a bit different from the usual Chengdu when I last visited Chengdu almost 25yrs ago! So this hotel is right on the bank of the tuo river, plenty of activities to observe the local residents and also to relax in the evening if you want to. Food is not a problem, plenty of restaurants left and right. Would recommend visiting the public museum at 人民路 to understand more about the history of jianyang, then stopover at the nearby shop selling lamb soup - I thought it was pretty darn good. Apparently this is the origin city of 海底捞？don't expect anything fantastic, just a nice place (seems like a residential estate) to wind down. I think jianyang is good for a one day stay and walkabout, this hotel fits the bill well. Not expensive too. Also remember to use the free pickup/dropoff after booking! Cheers

The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they are happy to answer any questions. They speak excellent English and can arrange transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, both at night and during lunchtime (the ride is 5-10 minutes). Прекрасно говорят на английском, помогают с трансфером от аэропорта до отеля и обратно как в ночное время, так и в обеденное, ехать 5-10 минут. За свои деньги отличное место, рекомендуем👍

It was already past midnight when I landed. I called the hotel, and the car arrived shortly after, with the driver even helping me with my luggage. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly genuine; during check-in, she thoughtfully reminded me to close the window and told me to call her anytime if I needed anything. The room was cleaner than I expected. The sheets felt very comfortable, and the bathroom tiles were spotless – I could walk barefoot on them without getting any dust on my feet. Even the showerhead was wiped clean, with no watermarks. For just over a hundred yuan, to get a room like this, the value for money is simply outstanding. The air conditioning set to 24 degrees was perfect, and the WiFi was fast enough to stream videos without any buffering. There were plenty of outlets by the bed, so charging my phone and power bank simultaneously was no issue at all. The next day, I had an early morning flight. I came downstairs at 5:30 AM, and the car was already waiting for me. When traveling, all you want is a hassle-free experience. This place not only offers free airport transfers and clean rooms, but the staff are also incredibly kind. I will definitely be back next time.

Place is clean & quiet . Will stay here again . Hotel gave free shuttle to airport which is what we wanted . Food is good . Bed is clean and comfty...

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
