GGuest UserMust score full marks for the service of this hotel! What impressed me the most about this stay was not the hardware, but the meticulous humanized service.
The front desk staff noticed that I had a cold and cough when I checked in, and asked if I needed ginger tea. Checking out the next day, the staff surnamed Wang at the front desk specially greeted my physical condition. This care made me feel warm.
The staff are not only professional, but also full of sincere enthusiasm. This personalized service that goes beyond the standard process really defines what is called a ”five-star experience”. Thank you for your care and let me feel the warmth of home.

GGuest UserAs I stumbled upon the entrance of the Baotong Hotel on a rainy night, my damp coat damp with weariness, I pushed open the door and stumbled upon a ”warm and intelligent surprise.”
Check-in was a simple facial recognition scan. As soon as the door to room 8316 was locked, the curtains clicked shut, and warm light seeped through the cracks in the walls—even the room seemed to understand my exhaustion. The most touching moment was in the shower: the moment the showerhead was turned on, the screen on the ceiling lit up with the water temperature, and warm air, carrying the warmth of the tiles, enveloped my soaked hair, leaving no trace of chill.
I collapsed onto the bed and called out, ”Soften the lights,” and the warm light from the bedside table instantly softened into a comfortable brightness, perfect for snuggling under the covers. Reaching for the light switch by the bedside, I discovered that even the electrical outlet was conveniently located within easy reach of my pillow. Before leaving, I touched the sensor button on the smart toilet, and it automatically completed its disinfection process. The cleaning lady smiled as she handed me the waste, saying, ”This room is so 'smart'; it pays even more attention to detail than a person.”
It turns out that smart technology isn't just about cold buttons; it's about feeling well taken care of hidden in every sensor. Next time I come, I'll definitely choose this smart room that understands my needs.

GGuest UserFrom the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was cured by the elegant fragrance and Zen music. The design of the room was simple and generous. The room lighting was soft and the feeling of living at home was exactly the same. The mattress was moderately hard and soft. I slept well all night. I especially like the intelligent guest control system. You can adjust everything in the room by moving your mouth. The staff service is meticulous, the hygiene is very clean, and I will choose 🌝🌝 next time I travel.

The breakfast was quite plentiful and was a buffet. The dining hall was clean and tidy. I would recommend it to my friends if they happen to be passing through.

Service: Parking is very convenient, just on the second floor, the hotel's guests have free parking; breakfast is quite satisfactory, it is good; bath experience coupons are given, but because of physical reasons, I did not experience it, no evaluation; the room has free bottled water and Coke is also free; The heating in the room is just right, not hot or cold, very suitable temperature!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has an excellent location. There is a big supermarket downstairs, many restaurants next to it, a school across the road, and a large parking lot behind it. The room is large and spacious, the air conditioning is powerful, the bed sheets and quilt covers are very clean, and the front desk service is good. The business district of Yongchang County is not big. It takes about an hour to walk around the hotel to feel the local culture and food. I recommend the ma tofu dumplings, a specialty of the Northwest that you can't get anywhere else. It's 15 yuan for half a catty, which is economical and affordable.
