We liked the hotel & the free tea at the lobby. All was as advertised and they kindly assisted us getting a good 6 seater car to Alxa Right Banner for 340 Yuan.

I came to Jinchang three times and stayed at this hotel twice. This time I stayed for two days. When I went out, the room sister would clean the room and replenish disposable supplies. The room was clean and hygienic. The room is small and smart, full of technology, you can control the room facilities with your mouth, and the robots that deliver takeaways are also very advanced. They will also talk to guests and realize the dialogue between people and artificial intelligence. The front desk lady is beautiful and gentle, and the service attitude is very good. I told them that it has made a small problem for me but either that was lost in translation or they just didn't care about the inconvenience it had caused.
