The hotel is indeed very new, the furnishings are very new, and it is not cheap furniture. There is aromatherapy as soon as you enter the room. Although I really don't like the smell, the experience is okay. But I was depressed when I turned on the air conditioner. There was a smell. I thought it would be fine if I took a break and didn't care. The smell was still there after I went out for a day, but because I was too tired, I slept with the window open. I changed it the next day. The service was very patient and very good, and they quickly solved the problem for me. What I'm most afraid of is not solving the problem. The employees at this store are very nice and polite, and they won't show off because I want to change rooms. Worth recommending. I just hope that the air conditioner smell problem will be brought to your attention. After all, everyone is tired after going out to play. No one likes to change rooms and go back and forth.

I booked this hotel randomly, primarily because of its proximity to the river, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's environment and decor are clearly well thought out and beautiful, with fresh flowers everywhere. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, and the room hygiene was excellent. The rooftop garden was a huge bonus; enjoying a drink there in the evening with the river breeze was just lovely. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jingzhou.

I’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service. The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

First of all, the address is easy to find, it is in Jingzhou Wanda, and there are many delicious foods and places to visit nearby; secondly, the room is very comfortable and clean; and the front desk service is also very considerate. In short, it is a very good experience. Next time I come to Jingzhou, I will choose it again.

The room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot, which was very convenient as the gate automatically lifted for unlimited entry and exit during our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious food. The bedding was comfortable, with four goose down pillows that could be adjusted to the perfect softness and height, ensuring a very restful sleep. The hotel is close to the ancient city, and Zhang Juzheng's former residence is also nearby. To the left of the hotel entrance is Wanda Plaza, a bustling area with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Jingzhou Fantawild was a lot of fun, and the city of Jingzhou itself is very clean and pleasant.

Bringing children out is most afraid of the smell of the room. This one is completely absent and the air is extremely fresh. The room is spacious and there is enough space for children to move. The uncle security guard is very responsible and the parking is particularly enthusiastic. When I checked out today, my sister at the front desk smiled and said goodbye, and the experience was directly full.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
