XXiaodoujiudiantiyanI was very impressed with this hotel, from service to facilities. The staff was very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and served iced lemonade as soon as I walked in. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept well every day. Moreover, parking at the hotel is convenient. The parking lot is very large. The front desk actively input the license plate number, allowing me to enter and exit freely. I will choose this hotel without hesitation next time. Recommended to everyone

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The bedding quality is very good. But there were two problems:
1. The shower was constructed wrong so the water drains out into the main bathroom area, even when the shower door fully closed and towels used to try and redirect the water. So the bathroom floor always had a layer of water over most of it.
2. The breakfast might be ok for local tastes, but for a western person the coffee was bad, there was no juice of any kind, no toast or other bread, no bacon or sausage, only hard boiled eggs. We prefer having at least some western breakfast foods which would be easy to offer.
Also, the was the air conditioning was set up, parts of the room would become very cold and breezy while 3 meter away it would be uncomfortably hot. Again poor design.
Overall, I would only give the hotel 2 stars out of 5.

GGuest UserI’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service.
The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

GGuest UserThe rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, strategically located and well-connected. The hotel is ranked first in the local area and deserves its name. The sanitary conditions are good, there is a large parking lot 🅿️, suitable for self-driving tours. Service attitude is very good. At the beginning of check-in, there may be a small deviation, but through communication, the hotel's ability and attitude to solve problems, very satisfied. Give 5 points of praise, is the recognition of the hotel's problem solving. Recommended! Buffet at breakfast, rich in variety. Will choose next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and clean, with a good environment and complete facilities. The parking lot was very convenient as the front desk told me the route map in advance. I like to stay in the hotel to see the scenery and walk along the river. There are many delicious places nearby. It is not far from Beijing Road. It only takes a few minutes to get there by riding a shared electric car. It is very quiet when sleeping and you won't feel noisy. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is very stylish

AAnonymous UserThe room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. In addition, the restaurant manager is beautiful, very polite, friendly, and a big beauty.

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
