The service was also excellent; there were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, and breakfast was included—a buffet! It was delicious 😋, and a waitress even made me coffee! The hotel facilities are very good and the bathing facilities are good; the location is also very convenient, whether it is to the World Devil City or the highway intersection; there are two local large supermarkets, which are very convenient for traveling friends, and the facilities in the room are all available , reasonable layout and comfortable environment. The hotel's front desk service attitude is very good and they are very attentive to our needs. They are very professional in terms of room cleaning, check-in reception and luggage handling. Provided us with a high quality accommodation experience. We are very satisfied with this accommodation experience and highly recommend this hotel to friends who plan to travel to Devil City!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned it very well! Bathing was also very convenient. The whole house was intelligent. Very good! The lunch buffet was also very good! The room was not originally included in the booking. But they gave us breakfast coupons, which was very good. There were also many varieties of breakfast! Great! There is a gym on the 15th floor, with automatic washing machines and drying. Very good!

GGuest UserAlthough the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is large, but there is no dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, water does not easily flow into the sewer, and the bathroom becomes slippery. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and the water from the washbasin easily splashes onto the countertop. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the sound of the bedside charger being unplugged or the light switch being used in the next room. The cleaning is very considerate. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Order takeout and have it delivered directly to your door, very convenient! Overall, I am quite satisfied and can give it a comprehensive score of 4.5. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. I came and went in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.

NNelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

From the moment of booking, everything was seamless. Check-in upon arrival was very efficient, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and thoughtfully provided information about the hotel's facilities and the local area.
The room was more spacious and brighter than I expected, with a stylish, minimalist decor. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a fantastic night's sleep. Cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design was very practical, there was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality.
The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the food tasted excellent, catering to all palates. Furthermore, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy whether I was out for business or exploring the city's attractions and dining scene.
Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic and incredibly good value stay. The value for money was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!

The service attitude is very good, breakfast is delivered to the room, the dishes in the restaurant on the second floor are very delicious, and the prices are very affordable. The portions are very large. It is really conscientious to be at the entrance of the scenic area. I will stay here again next time I come.

AAppleasantFacilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~

AAnonymous UserThe negative review is for hygiene. The hardware is very new. It arrived in the middle of the night and the staff called to confirm.
Can't the hygiene be kept in good order? The toilet seat is not wiped (I can't describe it in detail). The glue on the toilet floor is brown. The tooth cups are not replaced. The cracks in the bathroom are not wiped. Such a new hotel feels like old dirt. The door was still broken and couldn't be closed, and the hair on the floor mats was really broken. I didn't even wash my hair. In short, it was just a pass. It's really a pity that such a new hotel is not up to standard! !
