The room was great, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very polite. They offer a free private parking lot. They also provided complimentary raisins, nuts, and drinks. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

Back at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel today, this time I opted for a king-sized bed. The first thing that caught my eye was the large floor-to-ceiling window, a hallmark of modern hotels, truly showcasing the hotel's quality and style. Beyond that, the high-end amenities in the room allow you to enjoy beautiful views while experiencing a comfortable stay. From the softness of the bed to the spaciousness of the bathroom and the soundproofing, everything ensures you have the best possible stay during your travels.

Fortunately, the toilet smells very heavy, the room style is quite like, a little old but the style I want, very unique, but the boss service is in place, thank you

The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

Facilities: Very complete, the front desk also provides disposable toilet pads. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the room is large Environment: 🈶 Independent parking lot, convenient parking, supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, and it is also very convenient to walk to the night market. The night market is being renovated, and there are few shops open. It is estimated that it will be very lively in summer. Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, and will provide whatever you need. They patiently answer our questions, which is good!

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay far exceeded my expectations, and I'd feel bad not giving it a good rating. Upon check-in, two enthusiastic and down-to-earth young men from Xinjiang helped with our luggage and guided us all the way to our room, even recommending some great local restaurants. The room itself was truly astonishing. The bathroom alone was almost as big as some small hotel rooms. The room was incredibly spacious, huge, and super clean – very comfortable. It's a shame our trip was so rushed; we had to leave early in the morning for Sayram Lake and didn't get to enjoy such a comfortable room for longer. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the restaurant staff were also warm and genuine, which made the experience very pleasant. I was in a hurry and forgot to take photos of the room and breakfast. I did manage to snap some pictures of the hotel courtyard, though – it's a garden-style hotel, and the surroundings are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, far beyond what I expected. Thank you.

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

I highly recommend the Mowgli City Tancheng Hotel! It's super close to the Devil's City (Wuerhe Ghost City), making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The Western-style architecture creates an amazing atmosphere, and there are photo opportunities everywhere within the resort. The rooms are clean, spacious, and decorated with a full Xinjiang ethnic flair. The staff are warm and attentive, even proactively sharing tips for exploring the scenic area. The facilities are comprehensive, including a parking lot and EV charging stations, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. This was a super restorative night during our road trip through Northern Xinjiang – definitely the top choice when visiting Wuerhe!

Must give full praise! The whole experience from check-in to check-out is particularly comfortable, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in efficiency is very high. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept until dawn. Convenient location and complete surrounding facilities. The overall price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!
