GGuest UserIt was a very good experience staying with pets. The receptionist was polite and attentive, quickly processing the check-in and thoughtfully providing a pet-friendly guide, informing guests that the hotel could provide pet supplies upon request.
There was a minor incident: a woman rushed to the front desk to ask for her friend's room number. The receptionist politely but firmly refused her entry to the front desk area, as it involved other guests' privacy. He only provided the information after repeatedly confirming her identity. This demonstrated the professionalism of the staff at an international brand hotel – commendable!
The hotel room was clean and tidy, with a small bar perfect for simple everyday cooking. The bar was particularly appealing: the waterfall-style water jet from the sink ensured sufficient water flow without splashing other areas. There was a hidden compartment above the sink for kitchen paper towels, and the cabinet below opened to reveal a trash can – a very user-friendly layout with no unnecessary space or design elements. The minimalist style wasn't about reducing needs, but rather optimizing space while retaining essential amenities.
The breakfast restaurant is spacious and bright, unlike the cramped and oppressive atmosphere of typical business hotel breakfast restaurants. The breakfast selection is diverse, with the Maoming-style rice noodles being particularly noteworthy.
Finally, I must mention the laundry room. A row of commercial washing machines is neatly arranged and aesthetically pleasing. After throwing our clothes in for a wash and dry before going out for dinner, we left a note, and a friendly staff member kindly retrieved the dried clothes, folded them neatly, put them back in the bag, and delivered them to our room. They even noticed a pair of socks we hadn't put in the washing machine and thoughtfully provided a packet of laundry detergent. So sweet!
Later, I learned from the front desk that although Hui Ting has only been in China for a short time and doesn't do much advertising, this stay has truly won me over. I hope to see more of your hotels when traveling with pets in the future.

GGuest UserThe city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

Every time I stayed at Ji Hotel, I always impressed by its room design, room layout, cleanliness, service and location.
I do have one suggestion for improvement, I thought if the room has a small green plant for decoration, it will give more artistic & beauty for the room.
I read the book by the founder 季琦、the rationale of not having a plant is to avoid the maintenance.
The hotel can consider a simple & strong plant like 绿萝….、 this indoor plant just needs water in a small vase and no need a lot sunlight and will survive. It is low cost & low maintenance. Just a suggestion.

The hotel is located in the Lotus Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by green waters and clear mountains, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a green green open with purple and red flowers, which makes people feel refreshed.
The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the public areas are decorated with artistic atmosphere, and the fresh flowers are emitted in the space with a faint fragrance. The room I stayed in faced with the lake view, standing on the balcony to enjoy the lake and mountains, it was very pleasant.
The hotel's hardware is first-class, impressive and first-class service. The front desk staff Chen Enmei and Li Yanshan are polite and courteous, and they are never tired of asking questions, making people feel at home. Say to them again: thank you

The hotel was recommended by a friend. The front desk service attitude is good, the room facilities are well-equipped, clean, tidy and comfortable. nice environment!

GGuest UserExcellent! Because the typhoon cannot cross the Qiongzhou Strait, I stayed in Maoming for two nights. I have not stayed in such a comfortable and cost-effective hotel for a long time. The room is minimalist, but the design is very fashionable, very clean, spacious and bright, and all the details are very humane. It’s modern, and everything is good, and there’s nothing bad about it. The plugs all have typec fast charging, the toilet can be heated and flushed automatically, and the internet speed is very good. I can’t praise it enough, haha. The service is the icing on the cake. The staff are friendly and responsive. Extra quilts and mineral water are free. Before leaving, they reminded us to be careful not to go to places with deep water due to heavy rain. It was really considerate. There is a gym on the third floor. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. It provides free water, towels, storage boxes, air conditioning, and TV for screencasting. Parking spaces are a bit tight. There will be space on the ground after a while. If there is no space, you can go to the underground garage, but it is not connected to the hotel and you need to walk a short distance. Fortunately, there is a parking space at the door. Scan the QR code to park for free in the lobby. The breakfast is quite rich, the dining environment is good, and the price is very good. It feels like staying in a five-star hotel. highly recommended!
There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I ate Chef Niu’s beef offal and fat duck porridge, both of which were delicious. In the evening, there is the Rongyuan Night Market, where the fried skewers are good.

From the location, service, hygiene to the quality of breakfast, it is all worthy of praise. Especially the handsome guy No. 5 at the front desk has a very good service attitude. We have some Travel issues were arranged very quickly, making our trip smoother. Maoming is developing well. We will go there again and will definitely stay in this hotel.
