Arrived late at night on the 11th floor for porridge and was pleasantly surprised! The millet porridge was absolutely delicious and so comforting. During my long journey through Shuitou, Quanzhou, this Ji Hotel was fantastic. In particular, Ms. Chen and Mr. Lin at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive to us. The room was also exceptionally comfortable and clean. The hotel's location is also superb; there are plenty of delicious restaurants just a 3-minute walk away. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel staff are very friendly, warm and thoughtful, giving people a home-like feeling. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and moderately hard, and the air conditioning and hot water are even more comfortable. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop next to it for easy travel. I originally booked the wrong room type, an executive twin room. But when the front desk found out I was staying alone, they upgraded me to a king-size bed room with a bathtub for free. It was very nice and perfect.

The rooms were quite clean, and the service was generally acceptable. However, the front desk service was a bit lacking. The breakfast was very average – nothing special or unique, just quite ordinary.

The hotel is near Quanzhou Station, very close to Jiuri Mountain and Qingyuan Mountain, and the scenery is particularly good. The most pleasant surprise is that it is super close to the place where I work, and it can be reached on foot every day by commute, saving a lot of time. For people who come on business or travel, this location is really convenient!

It was convenient for getting around, and the interior space was ample for children to play, making it a great stay.

Front desk staff were friendly and offered a Christmas gift as well. Check in was a breeze. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom was tidy. Since the original room had some minor flaws, the beautiful front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsible and helped to change the second room (when the order was full). I am very grateful. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and we slept peacefully. It made our Spring Festival holiday comfortable and warm. The breakfast needs to be improved. The staple food is relatively simple, only cut steamed buns and porridge.
