We booked this guesthouse for our elderly family members. It was clean and cozy, very close to the train station, and the owner even offered to pick them up and drop them off. We stayed there for several days in a row. It was great value for money, and our elderly family members felt comfortable and at ease. If we have the opportunity to come back again, we will definitely choose to stay at Yijia Guesthouse.

I rated 5/5 as an encouragement for the hotel's owners, but to be honest, this place is just so-so. We were here during the Spring Festival, and there were hardly any foods nearby. Despite the hotel's owners being very friendly and supportive, I have to mention that there was no room cleaning service during our stay here. The hotel is located far from main tourist attractions, and it was so difficult to get a taxi during this time, so the only choices left were public buses. It took about more than 1 hr to travel by bus to the city center, which we found so time-consuming and enery-consuming.

My itinerary suddenly changed, so I randomly picked a guesthouse near the train station. I didn't expect such a great experience! Just like the photos, the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and comfortable. For just over 100 yuan, it was totally worth it! The people at the guesthouse were incredibly welcoming. As a girl traveling alone, I'd been ripped off by unlicensed taxi drivers and harassed by salespeople along the way. I arrived at the guesthouse quite late, starving, and the owner even peeled an orange for me. It was so heartwarming! Unfortunately, I had to leave the next morning. I really loved the room; it was definitely worth it. If I had the chance, I would definitely stay here again. It's a pity, haha, I don't do much sightseeing in Quanzhou anymore.
