GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the Animal Kingdom. It has a bit of smell. It was built a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit old. There are indelible stains on the toilet... But as a parent-child hotel, the children's facilities are basically complete, with footstools, children's toilet seats, and toiletries. But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

GGuest UserThe room was clean, the staff was very warm and positive. The child didn't get up for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was collected at ten o'clock. The manager packed breakfast for the child. A large package of children also loved it. Thank you very much.
Opinion: It is the problem of hotel ticket exchange, because the park is very large, after check-in, the hotel lets go to the East Gate to change tickets, go to the East Gate is very far, the day is getting hotter, it takes an hour to change tickets, and it is slow to walk with the children. The bracelet car in the park is not directly accessible. Can you stay at the hotel and change tickets directly at the hotel to choose a seat?

ZZhenpangyuanOur family of four stayed here with two young children, both under 1.1 meters tall. The room was spacious and very clean, and the kids had a great time. The facilities are quite new, the environment is lovely, and the service was excellent. It's very close to the Ocean and Polar World, and parking is free. We also received complimentary tickets to 'Dahe Shangxia,' which was well worth seeing. The pasta at breakfast was delicious and highly recommended.

The whole hotel, including the room, is filled with a pleasant light fragrance. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. I chose a fairy tale theme house and was given a free ticket to Europa Castle from four choices. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are new, the breakfast is also good, and the location is close to the Ocean Polar World and the Dream Castle. It is the first choice hotel for visiting Europa Castle!
