GGuest UserThe tree house is really nice. The children slept soundly, as if they were living in a fairytale house. You can drive a car for free for two days when staying in the hotel. It is so convenient. It would be really hard to run around if you don’t have such a car in such a large zoo…. And! The slide in the room was so cute that the children slid for a long time~
Feeding the giraffes in the morning was so cute☺️, the giraffes were in good condition. I left in a hurry and didn’t take a good look around the zoo. I will come again next time if I have the chance. This hotel has no disadvantages except that it is expensive

GGuest UserWe changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

The front desk smiles kindly, and the check-in is quick and patient to answer all questions. The rooms are warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I sleep until dawn. The curtains are very shading. I go to the supermarket to buy things at night. My brother also lent us the electric car to ride. At night, it was accompanied by the sparkling light and the night view of the city. It was romantic and healing. After packing the luggage on the second day, The hotel owner also sent us to Oulebao Paradise. Thank you very much to the boss. Very good hotel. Recommended.
