Rongjiang Hotels with Breakfast

This guesthouse is super convenient, located right where the sightseeing bus drops you off, so no extra walking needed. You can watch the evening performance directly from the terrace with an unobstructed view. The landlady's cooking was delicious; my kids ate so much they licked their plates clean! The room was very clean and tidy, and the facilities were new, including a heated toilet seat and a thermostatic shower. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend staying here! 👍

The B&B renovated from an ancient house is like living in a villa. The first floor of the stilted building is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and tea room, and the second floor is the bedroom. The inn is at the highest point of the ancient village. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The B&B has a swimming pool, restaurant, and cute kittens. The parking lot at the bottom of the mountain is very large. Luggage is pulled up the mountain through a funnel, and people have to walk down a slope to get there. The service staff were warm and friendly, and they cooked delicious noodles even after arriving late in the evening.

The service is very attentive. Because the parking lot in Dong Village is limited, the hotel contacted me in advance, reserved a parking space for me after confirming the arrival time, and helped me carry my luggage. In addition to breakfast, I also had three meals in the hotel, which tasted very good👍especially the second one I arranged a visit to the Dong Village the other day, and I was very serious about it! The hardware facilities of the hotel itself are very satisfactory! The hotel house has a strong sense of design and blends into the overall style of Dong Village. This is a very satisfying B&B experience! Two more suggestions, 1: Add a luggage rack and a simple writing desk to the room! 2: The coffee shop or lobby can set up a guest message or photo wall to record wonderful stories!

On our second day, the owner took us fishing in his fields. The kids had a blast and caught several fish, saving only one large one for a sour fish soup. His rice fields are free of pesticides or fertilizers, so the fish are all naturally caught. The owner was incredibly kind, and the breakfast noodles were delicious.

The boss and his family are very good, simple, enthusiastic, and humane. We were very happy to chat with them. We arrived at Dali Dongzhai in the middle of the night because of the delay in the trip. The proprietress has been concerned about our situation and repeatedly told us to pay attention to the safety of mountain roads when driving. Since the shuttle bus driver was off work at that time, the boss and father personally waited for us to come and greet us, lead the way and help carry the luggage to the hotel, it was really heartwarming. \n\n The room cleaning was done very well and cleaned. The twin room has a large space and the view is very beautiful. The window is full of green trees and rice fields, which makes people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The environment here is quiet, very suitable for slowing down and relaxing. \n\n At night, you can hear the chorus of frogs and fall asleep with the breeze. The bedding is also very comfortable, clean, and we all sleep well. There is a tea and leisure space on the first floor of the house, which allows everyone to gather to drink tea, chat, blow the mountain breeze, and eat. It feels very happy and comfortable. There is also a shy but very cute little white dog in the homestay, which also adds a lot of warmth to this place. \n\n The whole homestay is built with logs, and you can smell the fragrance of natural logs as soon as you enter it, which is refreshing. The boss said that the reason why the moisture-proof paint is not added is because he is worried that there will be ingredients such as formaldehyde that are not good for the body, so he insists on using logs. This is very commendable. \n The bathroom and toilet are also clean and tidy. There is plenty of hot water and disposable towels are also provided, which is very convenient. \n On the whole, the most touching thing here is the full human touch, which makes people feel warm and at home. The price of the homestay is also very high, definitely not worse than a thousand yuan a night, and it feels more pure and simple, and will not raise the price to earn unreasonable prices. The guesthouse is located halfway up a mountain, offering stunning views. However, because of this location, getting in and out requires a climb, which is manageable for most people. When we were too lazy to go down, the owner cooked for us; she's an excellent cook, especially her chicken soup – simply amazing! The guesthouse has two buildings, and because it was the off-season, the owner kindly separated us from another group of guests to avoid disturbing each other with the wooden houses' poor soundproofing. Every morning, watching the mist swirl in the valley and listening to the owner's pet thrushes is truly beautiful. (And the owner's cat, Jelly, is also gorgeous!)

The hotel is new, and the overall facilities are absolutely perfect! It meets 4-star standards! The hotel is less than 1 kilometer from the village stadium, making it very convenient for watching games! There are ample parking spaces in the underground parking lot, so driving is no problem! However, the service and business practices are noticeably mismatched. The front desk staff were not uniformly dressed, and their unfamiliarity with the procedures led to slow processing, with several groups of guests waiting in the lobby! My hotel booking from a month ago clearly stated my requirements, but the front desk staff were somewhat negligent during check-in (although they later upgraded my room, and I was satisfied with the room – no complaints!). However, I believe this reflects a lack of professionalism! The most infuriating thing was the breakfast on the second day. The hotel informed me that breakfast was from 7:30 to 10:00, but I arrived at the restaurant at 9:00. The selection of dishes was limited, but almost everything was gone. The restaurant staff clearly couldn't keep up with the guests. Guests kept arriving, but there wasn't much food. Several guests kept urging the kitchen to bring their food, and although the restaurant agreed, the food delivery was clearly slow. Guests had to fry their own eggs – I have photos as proof! This is not meant to smear the hotel; as a guest, I paid a considerable amount for the room! However, the service I should have received was not up to par! This poor experience significantly lowered my impression of Huiyue Hotel and even Rongjiang! It was the worst breakfast experience I've had since my Spring Festival trip. I guess it's my own fault for not choosing the right hotel! I hope the hotel will learn from this experience, improve its services, and better serve every guest! If they don't take this seriously, the hotel's future is not optimistic! I have photos showing the hotel's strengths and weaknesses, and some photos also serve as evidence of my experience. The hotel was new and very clean! The staff were friendly! I specifically noted that I wanted a non-smoking room when I booked! When I checked in at the front desk, I again specifically told them I wanted a non-smoking room, without any smell of smoke. It was like I said nothing at all. If your hotel really can't make it non-smoking, could you at least separate the non-smoking rooms from the smoking rooms? In the end, I had no choice but to sleep with the air conditioning on and the window open all night, which was slightly better than keeping the window closed. It rained and was very humid that night, so I didn't sleep much. I woke up with a headache and sore throat. What should have been a very nice hotel became a terrible experience because of this!

Our child came here for the village's Children's Day activities, and we brought the whole family along for a visit. We booked one double room and one twin room. The hotel is essentially a budget hotel, and at around 200 yuan during the Dragon Boat Festival in Rongjiang, the price felt a bit high. Advantages: Basic hygiene was met. Bottled water in the lobby was practically unlimited. The restaurant service was quite attentive; we didn't have time for breakfast, and the staff packed us some steamed buns, dumplings, and pastries. It's about a kilometer from the village's sports field, which is quite close. Disadvantages: 1. The glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom was poorly designed; the upper part was transparent, and there was no curtain. When someone was in the bathroom, the direct light shone into the bed, affecting sleep. 2. The facilities were somewhat old; the toilet seat was wobbly. 3. There are many farmhouses nearby, and the roosters crowing around from 5 am onwards made it difficult for me to fall back asleep… a somewhat unexpected annoyance.

There is no one of the favorite homestays I have ever stayed in. The floor-to-ceiling glass can see the landscape of the small bridge and flowing water. Every window is like a unique landscape scroll. Of course, the favorite is not only the homestay itself, but also the store family. It is really incomparable warmth, even if you go alone, It also seems to be the feeling of coming to a friend's house. This moment the folk customs are simple and hospitable.
