Wutai County Hotels with Breakfast

Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm; compared to the November heat outside, I really wanted to stay inside! 😆 The triple double room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The owner is kind and helpful; he guided us on our route before we even left, helped us book transportation, monitored our arrival progress, and patiently explained how to explore the area, providing a very detailed itinerary. The next day, we went to Dongtai Peak to watch the sunrise, but unexpectedly, our car broke down around 5 am. The owner found a solution for us, personally driving us to a repair shop and arranging for someone to come and fix it. He was a lifesaver, ensuring we didn't miss the magnificent sunrise. We are so grateful! All my colleagues in the group were very thankful and insisted on giving a positive review! If we visit Wutai Mountain again, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Great and very nice!

When I was choosing accommodation in Wutai Mountain, this place immediately caught my eye. The service was truly exceptional. Whether it was the butler or other staff members, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic. Any questions or requests were always addressed and resolved promptly. The hotel environment is also very good. There are activities on the first floor that you can participate in, and the second floor even has a singing bowl space, which creates a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in the 'Red Rattan Cane' room type, which offered a very expansive view. A fruit platter was delivered to our room every day, but it would be even better if the fruit selection were more carefully chosen – on the second day, the strawberries in the platter had mold on them 😧. Breakfast was a semi-buffet. While the variety wasn't extensive, the taste felt very home-style, and the Wutai Mushroom and Pork Pancake was delicious! 🤤 During our three days in Wutai Mountain, we basically had all our meals at the hotel. The preserved egg and tofu was delicious and very unique. The meatball soup is perfect for those who prefer lighter flavors. Among the two hot pot options, I'd recommend the 'Special Warm Pot' more. In contrast, the 'Wutai Mushroom and Chicken Soup Hot Pot' mostly contained chicken bones, which was a bit disappointing 🤦‍♀️.

I went to Mount Wutai by chance during the May Day holiday. I checked out many homestays and finally chose Tingshan. I added him on WeChat before I set off, and it was already past eight in the evening when I arrived. No matter what you need or when, the housekeeper Yin Yin will respond to you promptly. Along the way, from dinner time to the need to enter the mountain, the conditions of the journey were explained clearly and concisely, which made people feel at ease. I was even happier when I arrived at my accommodation. The entire homestay was beautiful and quiet, and the staff were very nice and answered any questions I had. We stayed in two room types, each with its own characteristics, but the ”courtyard” room at the back was more comfortable, especially when the temperature suddenly dropped and we turned on the fireplace, drank tea and chatted with our family, and looked at the distant mountains. It was very comfortable! Besides that, the apples in the room are really delicious and sweet! The black tea is also very delicious! After returning home, my father said that they would go next time too. I wish Tingshan gets better and better! See you next time! ❤️

For our Spring Festival holiday trip to Wutai Mountain, we booked the Huazhu Duicui Pavilion B&B in advance through Ctrip, specifically for its value for money, and it certainly didn't disappoint. On the evening of the second day of the ***** New Year, we drove up the mountain from the North Gate and arrived at the B&B smoothly. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the roadside, quiet yet convenient, with easy parking and charging stations nearby. The B&B was spacious and warm from the moment we entered. The lobby and common areas were grand, like a luxury hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff helped us with our luggage upstairs to our room – excellent service. The room was spacious and bright, with two 1.35-meter beds, enough for a family. The underfloor heating was excellent, the decor was tasteful, the bedding was new, clean, and the facilities were complete – everything was perfect. Breakfast, though simple, was hot and filling. When we needed to get to the attractions, the B&B thoughtfully arranged transportation to the nearby bus stop, which was very thoughtful and truly five-star service. The overall environment of the B&B was very nice, and the cats were adorable, which my child loved to play with. Overall, the Duicui Pavilion B&B in Wutaishan offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The homestay I chose this time is in the scenic area, very close to the south gate, and the location is absolutely perfect! You can drive to Wuye Temple and Shuxiang Temple in 10 minutes. The room is designed with log style, the mountain view on the roof is very good, sitting on the rooftop and drinking tea to see the scenery is particularly healing. The boss is a local, sent a detailed pilgrimage guide in advance, and also helped to make an appointment for the vehicle to enter the mountain, saving a lot of trouble. The bedding is clean and soft, the bathroom has a smart toilet and aromatherapy, and the details are full. If you come to Wutai Mountain to play, I highly recommend this one, the price is super high! (The boss is too enthusiastic, has been recommending all kinds of delicious food, as well as tourist routes, help with luggage, next time I come to live here!) Hygiene: clean

Having stayed at Marriott and Qixiange in Wutaishan before, I decided to try out this newly opened Manxin Hotel. The front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly, and check-in was very quick. Although the hotel only has three floors, there's an elevator, which made it very convenient for carrying luggage up and down. The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom and shower weren't cramped at all. For a tourist, who's mostly out during the day and just comes back to sleep, it's perfectly adequate. The room was exceptionally clean, and the TV even had screen mirroring. The hotel is located in Yangbaiyu, which I believe is the most bustling commercial street in Wutaishan at night, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, with free buses directly to attractions like Shuxiang Temple and Wuye Temple. The hotel's breakfast runs until 11 AM, which is fantastic. It's perfect for those who want to get an early start on their sightseeing; you can come back and still have time for breakfast. While the breakfast spread isn't extensive, it's quite refined, which is excellent for Wutaishan. I hope they can maintain this standard. I overheard guests mentioning the hazy weather, and the duty manager proactively offered masks. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I visited Wutai Mountain for Qingming Festival to pray for blessings and chose this newly opened guesthouse. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with mountain views right outside the windows. From the lobby to the rooms, you could feel the thoughtful design – simple, flowing lines and high-quality materials. The lighting was soft and warm, and the overall style was sophisticated. The butler was welcoming and offered travel suggestions, and the breakfast was also good. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations; highly recommended.

This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The facilities here are excellent and tastefully designed. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the room offers a fantastic, expansive view with large floor-to-ceiling windows. I just sank into the bed and fell asleep, haha!

It was my first time to go to Mount Wutai. I was a little confused after reading the guide. There were many problems with every hotel. I finally chose this one, thinking that it was at least relatively close. The whole family was very satisfied with the result. The room was super spacious and there were many original crystal ornaments. The view was probably the best. The Big White Pagoda was under construction and the Small White Pagoda could be seen. It is very convenient to park on Dailuoding and Dicos, and it is also very quiet at night. The car entered Wutai Mountain but failed to make a reservation. We entered successfully under the guidance of the boss. All in all, I am very satisfied and have recommended it to my friends. I will continue to stay at his house next time.
