Xiangtan Hotels with Breakfast

THE place to stay in Shaoshan. I felt like I was at home, tucked into a quiet wooded corner of town. They helped me organize my short stay, drove me around, and cooked up an excellent breakfast. They were great company and my only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. (The room was perfect; the pictures speak for themselves.)

This hidden gem of a guesthouse nestled in the mountains boasts a tranquil and comfortable environment. The private garden is lovely, and there's a restaurant on the first floor with decent food, saving you time searching for other options. Most importantly, the owner is beautiful. Having mentioned all the advantages, I should offer some advice to prevent her from getting too proud. I suggest changing the washbasin design; it's really not very practical.

This time I went to Lushan and chose this homestay. From the moment the reservation was successful, I felt full of sincerity. The boss was very careful, called me in advance to register the information, and patiently explained other matters, which made people feel particularly at ease. What surprised me the most was the high-speed rail station pick-up service! The boss personally went to the high-speed rail pick-up station, chatted with us enthusiastically along the way, and sent us to the high-speed rail station when he came back. This kind of intimate service really makes people so happy! The room was clean and tidy, and the details were all attentive. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the windows are large, the ventilation effect is very good, and the sleep is particularly quiet at night. The bathroom also has no smell and the cleaning is very meticulous. We ate twice at his house, the food was authentic and delicious, all local specialties, let us outsiders taste the authentic Lushan flavor.

The outside of the hotel looks small but the inside is very big. The room is quite clean. The bathroom is a bit small. The front desk also has candy. The small Zhou Xiaozhong service is very warm. When you leave, you will also give mineral water and small gifts. The breakfast tastes good. I will choose this hotel next time.

The owners of this place are the nicest people ever! Even though we did not ask, they gave us a ride to and from the train station as well as to Chairman Mao's former residence. The location is great, it would not have been a long walk but the ride made our visit even smoother. The hosts gave us Chairman Mao pins for free and made us delicious breakfast for a really cheap price. They truly are such nice people! They don't speak much English but I'm sure you would manage just fine with a translator app. The room was a great fit for us, two couples travelling together, and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night since there is not a whole lot to see in this town but we would have loved to stay for longer just because the hosts were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place! 谢谢你们对我们的悉心照顾!

In Xiangxiang, this hotel is very good. Very clean and very hygienic. The location is also good, opposite the children's playground and forest park. It takes a little walk to eat around, it is a new city, and it is acceptable. The surrounding is also quiet and not noisy. The overall feeling is very small. The waiter was very warm and thoughtful.

Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping. The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

This hotel has lived for ten years, so it can be compared to the degree of service attitude decline. This year, the front desk service and the service attitude of sending rolls of paper are too bad, and the service attitude of the previous years is not the same. There is a welcome sister in the lobby, and there are traces of the original high-quality service. Is it a change of management, management is too different from the previous feeling of being at home. The manager should criticize. The first time I had breakfast at the hotel, the beef miscellaneous rice noodles toppings, the mountain pepper oil was very good, I hope I can eat the same taste next time.

Stayed for one night. Was not my first choice, but had to stay here because foreigners allowed at this hotel. Many other hotels in Xiangxiang do not allow foreigners to check-in. Check-in process was smooth, and staff courteous and professional. Standard room with the standard amenities. Located right in the city center. Could not comment on other aspects because did not experience/use.
