FFangfeideshiguangThe homestay is in the scenic area, very close to Mao Zedong's former residence, a few minutes to the bronze statue square! The surrounding environment of the homestay is good! The room is clean and hygienic! Sleeping is very quiet! The restaurant on the first floor, the food is very delicious! The proprietress is very enthusiastic! Travelers who don't drive, the proprietress will pick up and drop off! If you book online, the online staff will contact you by phone, this phone is to be listened to! Because the self-driving car into the scenic spot will not be released until 5:30 in the evening! Unless you go through the reservation procedures for entering the scenic spot! Self-driving tour with classmates! It is the task I have been trying to complete. This year, 3.30 finally got what I wanted! Very pleasant trip to Lushan! A holy place that must come in a lifetime!

GGuest UserSelf-driving tour booked to live up to the light homestay, the boss and his wife are really kind and simple, warm and generous. Feeling at home, the boss took the initiative to provide free water, electricity, kitchen, cookers, and side dishes. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and quiet. If you have a chance, come back and see old friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, room is clean and service is pretty good, every alternative day, there will be some complementary snack given to you at the counter. Whole in lobby waiting, the staff will offer you chinese tea to drink. Very attentive to anything happens in the room and will fix the problem as soon as possible. The con is food is limited in varieties daily, I would propose to get a fresh coffee grind machine, didn't like the instant coffee mix machine. Secondly, if your room is facing the main road, it can awfully get noisy.

GGuest UserStayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

GGuest UserThe couple running this renovated traditional home in Mao's home village are very attentive to guests' needs, even on the busiest day of the year, December 26th, Chairman Mao's birthday. My partner was coming down with a cold and got some ginger soup to drink. Additionally, when we screwed up our schedule and almost couldn't make our train out of Shaoshan, with no train available to reschedule, the couple arranged for the husband to drive us to the station for little more than gas money. It's up a slight hill from the other inns and allows one to get a bit of peace and quiet, again, even on the busiest day of the year, when Shaoshan is very worth a visit for anyone interested in Mao Zedong's legacy, given the number of Chinese people who show up to sing, dance, wave various flags and give speeches. Don't make our mistake and schedule the Chairman Mao memorial hall for a full visit instead of rushing though it. The exhibit is full of pictures and dioramas and has English captions for most things.
I also wish we'd had time to explore the pagoda on the hill behind the guesthouse.

GGuest UserThe owners of this place are the nicest people ever! Even though we did not ask, they gave us a ride to and from the train station as well as to Chairman Mao's former residence. The location is great, it would not have been a long walk but the ride made our visit even smoother. The hosts gave us Chairman Mao pins for free and made us delicious breakfast for a really cheap price. They truly are such nice people! They don't speak much English but I'm sure you would manage just fine with a translator app. The room was a great fit for us, two couples travelling together, and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night since there is not a whole lot to see in this town but we would have loved to stay for longer just because the hosts were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place! 谢谢你们对我们的悉心照顾!

另：潤基民宿的家庭餐也很不錯，可選套餐也可單點菜。
我們一大家定了6間房，在潤基民宿住了2晚，非常滿意。

YYijiuchashaoyidanfan第二次選擇這家依然沒讓我失望，水壓大得可以背部按摩，水熱得很快，房間很大，床墊舒服，早餐好吃，服務態度很好，在大堂坐着還主動送上飲料茶水，很感動。離建設路口步步高很近，蓮城夜市可以走路散步回來，很方便，下次還來。

The facilities in the room are very new, air conditioning, hot water, network are easy to use, comfortable and convenient to live. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, the lighting is good, and the stay is very comfortable. The service attitude is particularly good, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the problems are solved in time. The sanitation is very clean, the bedding and bathroom are refreshing, and you can live with peace of mind. Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and travel is very convenient! The overall experience is superb, I will choose this one next time!

TTih KoonStayed for one night. Was not my first choice, but had to stay here because foreigners allowed at this hotel. Many other hotels in Xiangxiang do not allow foreigners to check-in.
Check-in process was smooth, and staff courteous and professional. Standard room with the standard amenities. Located right in the city center.
Could not comment on other aspects because did not experience/use.
