This hotel is renewed recently, so very clean. There are many shopping malls and restaurants near the hotel, so the location of the hotel is very good.

Guest UserDuring our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is newly opened. The room is relatively large, clean and fresh. The mattress, pillow and quilt are very comfortable. The electric curtains and large projector are great. The bath water is very good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce Yuncheng's food and attractions. The free airport pick-up service was also great.

I've stayed at several Atour hotels, and I have to complain about this one.
1. Parking is inconvenient. The parking lot is located in a narrow alley next to the main entrance. The alley is already narrow, and with food carts on both sides and people selling food from electric scooters parked in front of them, it's even narrower. Although it's relatively short, it's really difficult to drive through.
2. Because our car is quite wide, we specifically selected parking when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel around 8:10 PM, we found out the parking lot was full. No one had called to inform us beforehand.
3. The front desk staff seemed listless and unhelpful.
4. After arriving at the hotel, I got out of the car to ask the front desk for parking directions. They gave me directions, and we drove through the alley to the parking lot entrance. Suddenly, an older man appeared and said there were no spaces left, telling us to back out and park on the steps by the hotel entrance. Although it's short, it's really difficult to back up. The problem is, didn't the front desk staff know the parking lot was full? 5. Checking in, having looked at the map, the hotel was about 2-3 kilometers from the edge of the salt flat, so I casually asked, ”Can you see the salt flat from this building?”
The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one lake.”
I…couldn't help but retort, ”If it's not one lake, then it's two lakes?”
The receptionist: ”The salt flat is just one body of water.”
I…speechless. ”Just tell me, is it yes or no?”
The receptionist: ”No.” Judging from her tone and expression, I guessed she was afraid I wouldn't stay if she knew it wasn't possible. Even if she was afraid, even if the salt flat really is just one body of water and not much to see, you can't use that tone to belittle your hometown or work city. You're supposed to be a tourism industry professional, right?
6. After parking, I was worried. What if there were other cars parked behind us? How would we get out tomorrow? My family confidently said, ”Don't worry, the hotel will definitely handle it.” The next morning, sure enough, our car was stuck in the middle. One end was blocked in front of the hotel, and the other end was a small white car parked diagonally, leaving insufficient space. I said it was quite early, and if the car belonged to a guest, they might still be asleep. The hotel probably wouldn't dare knock on the door, and they probably wouldn't know which room the car belonged to. My family blindly trusted the hotel and told the front desk we were going upstairs to pack our things and were leaving, so they should move the car quickly. And sure enough… they didn't move it. They told us to drive out through a small opening in the middle. That opening was… and next to it were two of the same model cars as ours, oh dear… two relatively wide cars. Even if they were wide, they were still standard-compliant cars, not trucks. Were we here to practice our driving skills? You're a hotel! Didn't you think about the possibility that both cars were relatively wide before telling us to park like that? Didn't you think that each car would leave at a different time? If there was a scratch, would the hotel compensate us? Would the hotel compensate for the other party's damage?
But they really couldn't find anyone to move the car. We couldn't wait, so I had to direct them, and my family mustered up the courage to try. It took a lot of effort to finally get it out. Seriously, I directed them myself. The two ladies at the front desk were watching from behind. Sisters, were you just there to watch the show?
7- Finally, the receptionist wanted to give me a gift, but I refused. I asked, ”The order states that I need a parking space. Did you read the order requirements?” The receptionist very cautiously replied, ”No.” I was speechless...

Guest UserThe view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly ”unexpected” for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!

ReaishenghuodehaolaolaoOverall, the hotel is excellent. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the cleaning lady for another roll, but she said she didn't have any. I found that quite odd. Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

It feels good to choose Vienna Hotel (Yunchengyu East Road). The front desk staff takes the initiative to receive guests and check in quickly. The manager also very friendly to upgrade the room for free, and warmly and detailedly introduced the tourist attractions, routes, travel transportation and food around the hotel in Yuncheng. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the layout is very reasonable, and the living is very comfortable and satisfactory. Thank you very much for the warm and thoughtful service of the manager Wei and the staff at the front desk, rooms and restaurants. All five-star praise. In the future, I will go to Yuncheng and choose Vienna Hotel (Yuncheng East Road).
