During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

On-duty staffs at the check-in were wonderful service. Welcoming me upon getting off the taxi and provided such a warm hotel introduction even though using mobile translation. Bringing me with my luggage up to my room where this seems to be disappeared from current standard of service for many hotels. Room was nice (5th fl) with openable window where outside cooled wind can make the room freshly even though the street sounds might come together. The guess room corridor on that floor can give me a notice of kind of strange smell but not in the room. Good experience here.

We just stayed one night while on transit in Yuncheng, hotel is new, clean and modern. Hotel room is big and bed is super comfortable, only thing was the main air con switch hasn't been turned on when we stayed so there wasn't any cold air coming from the air con. Room was stuffy and warm but the lady manager, Ms Ren did everything she could to ensure our stay was comfortable stay. She even bought us ice creams! The airport pick up and drop off service was excellent ! Thank you Ms Ren!

The hotel was rather old and therefore facilities were not in very good shape. However, staff was nice. They answered client questions patiently and sought very possible way to assist (especially Mr. Li). Plus, breakfast was wonderful with abundant choices.

The farm stay experience was top-notch! It's located right by the Yellow River with amazing views. The weather was perfect on the day we stayed, with the warm winter sun giving us a lovely sense of relaxation. The room also had the air conditioning turned on before we arrived, and the butler service was incredibly patient. We're planning to come back again in the summer.

After nine years, the whole family went on a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. This is my fourth trip to Shanxi. It is also the first time I have brought my family back to the old place after taking a train alone to travel in southern Shanxi (Yongji City, Yuncheng City) during the Spring Festival in 2019. The hotel is near the Yuncheng Railway Station and only a few hundred meters away from the Kuaiyifang Restaurant. However, compared with five years ago, many local specialties of Yuncheng City are not available when dining at Kuaiyifang this time. The family of six booked three rooms. The hotel has its own parking lot for free parking, and the elevator makes it very convenient for the 85-year-old mother to go up and down the stairs. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, free mineral water, paper slippers, and central air conditioning. The only regret is that the hotel is not responsible for breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hot spring is particularly good, the swimming pool must be experienced, very clean, the water temperature is comfortable, there is no smell of disinfectant, this is impossible in Chengdu. Breakfast is also very good. The waiter is very dedicated! It feels like a very high-end hotel in Yucheng. We stayed for two days and were very satisfied.
