The staff were all incredibly friendly!!! They proactively offered to arrange airport pickup, and you can call the front desk if needed. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was warm and functional – it exceeded my expectations! I especially loved the warm lighting in the room; previous hotels had all had white light, so this was the first time I'd used warm light, and it felt so cozy. (I forgot to take pictures, haha, so I'll just post one of the bathroom.)

This time I stayed at Home Inn with a perfect experience! The location is particularly good, just next to the West Lake Park, it is super convenient to travel. The snack street is only a few minutes walk away, and there are so many delicious foods. It takes only4-5 minutes to walk to the spicy dishes recommended by Yulala. The taste is very delicious. The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. The most plus point is the intimate service: members also have free fruit plates for check-in. The fruit inside is fresh and sweet. Hot tea and snacks are always available. If you are hungry at night, you can call intelligent robots to deliver goods to your door. It is contactless and convenient. The sense of technology is full of the BTG Home Inn Group. The front desk is warm and the details are in place. It is really as comfortable as going home. It is highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the center of Xinyi Old Town. The location is very, very good. From here, you can see all the ancient Jianlongxing Temple, Zhangzhou Department, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Lelou, Chenghuang Temple, Sanguan Temple, and Confucian Temple. There are many restaurants with local characteristics around. We ate Shanxi hot pot in Huolala, and we waited for more than an hour to eat 😂. There is a dedicated parking lot in the backyard of the hotel. Free parking is too powerful, the service is very thoughtful, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the equipment is a bit old.

This hotel has no heating; it relies entirely on air conditioning. Taking a shower at night, it took twenty minutes before hot water even came out…

If it weren't for another hotel that was too bad, I wouldn't really choose here. It should be the largest hotel in Pingdu. Parking is really good, stop. The front desk service is also very good. The facilities in the room are really too old. After taking a shower, the water will not go for a long time. The overall equipment is very old and it is quite comfortable to live. If there is no high requirement for staying, choose here completely.
