MMaria VeronikaA cancelled flight from Frankfurt airport, so it was a short notice stay in Mannheim and just for one night. The hotel was perfect for being just behind the train station, basically one can reach it underground. It is pretty new, so my impression, very tidy and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was early for my check in but it was no problem, I could get my room right away. All the main things to see and do in Mannheim (on a Saturday) are very close. I would definitely stay again there if again in Mannheim.

GGuest UserMy conference was well planned and the food was delicious and offered me a lot of choice as a vegetarian. The staff was friendly and always helpful despite the huge number of guests (due to the Mannheim Garden Show). Meeting rooms were poorly cooled on the first day.
The next day at lunchtime I couldn't pass on my room concerns because there were so many guests because my toilet seat (room 614) was already broken when I checked in and I had to be careful because of the risk of injury.
Otherwise everything was fine and I was able to enjoy my beer in the garden in the evening!

Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming.

The disadvantage is that the hotel is very old and the interior decoration style is outdated.
There are several steps at the entrance to the hotel, which is inconvenient if you have a large suitcase.

GGuest UserVery chic interior, nice furniture, comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktail bar was also nice. ”Fancy”, as they say, describes the whole thing very well, in a positive sense. Absolutely top price, breakfast at €20 is above the standard price but there is also a lot on offer at the buffet. Coffee could also be fetched after breakfast times, an absolute plus point, also for the small machine in the room 🙏

IIlkayErwartungsgemäß sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badezimmer eineandfrei sauber. Das Hotelzimmer selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig. Insbesondere die Teppichböden. Aber für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist es ideal für 2-3 Nächte zum Übernachten. Die Hotelterasse ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und der Hotelmanager echt Klasse!
Ich kann das Hotel ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen.
