GGuest UserThe hotel is a little way out of the city on a busy street. The windows isolate the street noise quite well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room wasn't completely clean. Even after I pointed this out, nothing was done about it. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample.
The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed.
The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable.
The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower.
The staff is very welcoming.

GGuest UserLa ubicación justo al lado de las vías del tren tiene de bueno la proximidad a la estación y también eso es lo malo pues hay ruido de trenes y no es una zona muy bonita que digamos. Por lo demás, el estudio de 21m2 estaba muy bien equipado con una pequeña cocina muy completa (incluso un pequeño lavavajillas), cama, mesa y cuarto de baño. Para lo que es, el precio es bastante elevado pero era imposible conseguir ese tipo de alojamiento en el entorno de Heidelberg en esas fechas y lo que había disponible era aún más caro asi que ha cubierto nuestras necesidades perfectamente durante las dos semanas que necesitábamos desesperadamente un lugar para alojar a mi hijo universitario antes de poder ocupar su piso compartido con estudiantes. Entrada y salida autónoma, servicio de limpieza una vez por semana, lavadoras de pago en el edificio, supermercados en el entorno. Recomendable para estancias cortas (por el precio) sobre todo si se van a realizar desplazamientos en tren desde Mannheim

MmelisaIt's a very good hotel with good conditions in all aspects. It's clean and sanitary. I couldn't borrow a kettle at the front desk, but they directly poured me a cup of boiling water for making tea. The service is very good.
