1. The staff are very friendly 2. The room design is pretty. It's new, so everything is clean. 3. The dust between the wall and the sofa rolls out. 4. Currently (March) there is construction in front of the hotel, so I can't enter (I think it should have been informed in advance, so I'm embarrassed while driving) 5. First, get a parking ticket at the hotel (about 17 euros per day / parking lot Must be taken when entering and exiting) You must park in the parking lot near the aquarium 6. The amount of hot water is fixed. It was all good, but the most unfortunate part.

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

Amazing location, right by the sea but no crowded beaches around. Huge hotel with several pools, outdool pool with adults only area is amazing for relax, lots of facilities. Lunch and dinner was very nice, wide selection of food.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter. Thanks trip!! keep it up!

I rented an apartment; it's actually quite large, with textured walls. The kitchen doesn't have a coffee maker or anything for cleaning the dishes. The cleaning was just okay, but there was quite a bit of dust. There's no full-length mirror, but it's very well-ventilated thanks to its many windows and a balcony with lovely views. The reception staff, cleaning staff, and all the waiters are very friendly. It also has free parking. I would return if there were a mirror.
