"The hotel staff is incredible, always helpful and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, but it's very nice. The gym, the pool, the facilities, and its location near the beach make it very attractive. The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience. The price/service is the most attractive feature. I would definitely stay here again."

The hotel is focused on English-speaking clients, the shows are in English and although I like music in English.
Even TV like 1.3 , 4.5 , 6. And others when they play a movie put it in English .
If you want to see the film in Spanish you can't , but if you put subtitles in Spanish.
It is a hotel that if you look for a party is ideal, if it is to rest and sleep at the best 12 nowhere.

AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
