"This hotel is located very well, the opposite room is very poorly soundproofed, it ignores the main street and all sounds can be heard, the hotel is 4*, very neglected, the whole hotel now needs reform, maintenance leaves many shortcomings, air conditioning breaks out On the first day, throwing water on the floor, the solution, in case our feet slipped and the air was damaged, so to me, it was as if it were 2* towels on the hotel floor, I will not repeat."

GGuest UserLlegamos en el cambio de turno de la recepción sobre las 15:00, un cliente estaba reclamando que no se había limpiado la habitación, la camarera decía que tenía el no molestar puesto y aunque el cliente insistia que no era cierto, lo puso en duda. Después de atender al cliente pasó 5 minutos en atenderme para hacer el check out, la recepcionista miró varios minutos el móvil y se despidió de sus compañeros efusivamente, haciéndome sentir invisible. La habitación era horrible, es verdad que éramos 3 y había una cama supletoria, pero era muy estrecha, con el armario exterior, el baño con pared de cristal translúcido y con la puerta descolgada que no pudimos cerrar porque rozaba el suelo y no pudimos tener un poco de intimidad, ni para usar el wáter, y ni nos duchamos, además de que la ducha estaba desconchada. Las ventanas tenían vistas a un patio interior desconchado compartido con vecinos que colgaban su colada, y veíamos como desayunaban en sus cocinas.
