A great Premier Inn, very modern format with proper shower (not over bath shower), fully working air conditioning, and all the usuals you expect such as super comfy king size bed, extra pillows, plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc. Slightly noisy from occupants above who moved around heavily at various times through the night but did not materially affect our sleep. Perfect location for Purple Parking next door where we booked our car for a 10 day stay. Much better to have a good night’s rest and leave hotel at 7am for morning flight rather than get up at 3am and leave home at 4am for drive direct to airport!

We arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight

The price increase on weekends wasn't cheap, but it was a good option for a late-night arrival. You can check yourself in at the self-service machine, and there's staff available if you need help. If you're coming back with purchases, floor 2 is convenient. From floor 1, you can take the elevator directly to your room without going through the check-in area.

I booked this place because I had an early morning flight the next day, and I was so surprised there was no elevator. However, if you ask the staff for help, they will assist you, so ladies, definitely ask for help. The soundproofing in the room was decent, and it was clean. Most importantly, the POD service from this accommodation to Terminal 5 was incredibly convenient, so I highly recommend it if you have an early morning flight.

The hotel facilities are actually quite average; the rooms are small and the amenities are basic, but the affordability is a major plus. You'll see many guests catching flights here—it’s common to see travelers waiting in the lobby for the shuttle bus even in the early hours of the morning. There is a parking lot on-site, though the parking fees are on the higher side of moderate. As for the breakfast, it was pretty standard and didn't leave much of an impression.

My time I spent at rosemary hotel was amazing and great all the staff at reception are always very supportive and there to listen. My stay at this hotel was very pleasant very peaceful and relaxing the room where I checked into was very clean

This hotel is super conveniently located, just about a minute's walk after getting off the local bus from Heathrow Airport. Because of its popularity, the breakfast area gets really crowded, and it was tough to find a seat. It looked like the hotel staff were struggling to keep up with restocking plates and silverware.

Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away.

If you’re looking for a convenient stay just ten minutes from Heathrow Airport, this hotel is a solid choice. While the property could benefit from an update, the lobby entrance is bright and welcoming, giving a good first impression. The bathrooms need deeper cleaning, as the grouting showed some dark spots that detracted from the overall feel. Similarly, the rooms would benefit from a refresh to match the comfort of the public areas. On the positive side, the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There’s a handy machine in the lobby that lets you call and pay for an Uber in multiple languages — I used it several times and found it very convenient. Although the train station isn’t far, I opted for the bus service right across the street, which made local travel easy. There’s not much within walking distance, and taxis into central London can be pricey, so this hotel works best as a short‑stay option before or after a flight. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to rest for a couple of nights. If your priority is proximity to the airport and friendly service, I’d recommend it.

Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢
